Air Handler

We had Bruce and his team replace our HVAC and furnace systems. They were prompt, professional, and offer a 2 year warranty on their work. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family. They were very fair and great to work with!

We own a condo near UK's Lexington campus and had some trouble with leaking refrigerant. Bruce, Air Handler's tech, helped with the initial repair, and then when it kept leaking, went above and beyond by investigating the entire cooling system, including the pipes in the wall that were not part of his/Air Handler's responsibility. He eventually traced the problem to a refrigerant pipe with a hole in it behind the wall that had been caused by vibration. To be clear: this WAS NOT Air Handler's fault or responsibility, but Bruce repaired the issue and did not charge us for all the extra work. Highly, highly recommended!

Air Handler replaced my furnace, installed AC, and rerouted a duct in my house. They did the job quickly and affordably, and their handiwork looks beautiful and functions well. They have also responded promptly to all my follow-up questions.
