Scott Utterback HVAC

We called Scott and left a voicemail on a Sunday afternoon as our heat pump stopped working. He called back later that day. We told him it was not an emergency as we had a fireplace. He agreed to be there first thing the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the issue, got it running again very quickly. Great Service. Will definitely use him again, highly recommended!!

Scott has done repairs for us many times, and we have always been pleased with his work and his prices. His knowledge and skills are very impressive, and he never fails to get the job done swiftly and correctly. He is very capable, personable, and professional, and I would highly recommend him.

I called him on very short notice on a Sunday needing a repair, he was at my house under 2 hours later and had it fixed!! Very professional, very reasonable pricing!!

Scott showed up the same day we called, in need of AC repair. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for us. He located the problem within minutes, had all the equipment and products needed on-hand and had our AC running within 20 minutes of arriving.

I called him at approximately 8:30 am and told him that my unit was not working. He was in the area and came by to check it out. He had the parts and had it fixed by 10:30 am. Excellent ! I can not say enough about the professional work. Above and beyond excellent service . Installed a new unit with duct work to get this family heat during the beginning of cold weather . They stayed from daylight until late night hours!
