The guys at ProTech are top notch. My wife and I built our dream home 2.5 years ago and my builder was using ProTech for the HVAC work. They came out and looked at the house, did the load calcs and installed my dual fuel system. My house stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I recently hired ProTech Heating and Air to install a new heating and air system in my new construction house. They managed the process from beginning to end, worked with my builder and made the whole process a breeze. When compared to other companies, ProTech used quality materials; their technicians were very well trained, knowledgeable, and very professional.

I left a message over the weekend to see if they can fit me in, they were able to squeeze me in first thing on Monday. I asked him if they can call ahead of time so I can wake my son up he works third shift, the gentleman was very sweet And took the time to tell me what was going on with the system and what needed to be done to fix it.

I highly recommend ProTech! They came out same day and fixed our AC in 10 minutes. We also signed up for the yearly maintenance plan which is a steal! They are very knowledgeable and fair with their prices!

Excellent from start to finish!!! Got a quote quickly, they followed up by phone on it unlike several other quotes from other companies that I received. We had them install the new system and duct work and couldn't be more pleased! These guys will remind you of how businesses used to be run years ago: with courtesy, honesty, and ethics. I called this company for a second opinion. I am so glad that I did. The Technician was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Explaining every step as I requested. He spent over an hour trying to find my issue. Then he made some adjustments and it was fixed. The $3,400 fix quoted by the previous company was not the issue. Thanks Protech!
