Vessels Plumbing misdiagnosed a water leak and caused around 80% of my parents’ front landscaping to be removed because they replaced the WRONG pipe at a cost of almost $3,000! They had to call a separate plumbing company to come out and find the actual problem and fix it properly (United Plumbing). According to United Plumbing, everything Vessels did was absolutely unnecessary. When they contacted Vessels they basically said too bad and are refusing to refund them for their mistake. THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES!!!!

Great service,nice people and on time.I called for an apt.right before their office close right after we shut off our main valve due to pipe issues.Not having access to water in a house with 3 adults,1 kid and an infant is a struggle.I was so relieved when they put my request in first thing in the morning even though theyre booked already.I def. recommend this company.

Very good customer service. I called them after business hours for help with my furnace. They diagnosed the problem over the phone and I was able to get it working right away. They even gave me a follow-up call to make sure the problem was resolved. I would use Vessels again for furnace service.

I have used them 3 times now...the 1st job resulted in a leak that the owner came out and fixed at no charge. the 2nd job a new shower set replacement, started leaking and got worse. when i called i was told the tech would be out to fix it. I was not told that it would cost 145....he said my new delta cartidge either was defective or there was debris from my water preventing the cartridge from seating properly. there was debris...he removed it and put everything back together. not 20 minutes after he left it started leaking again. I took it apart myself and used a qtip to clean the area and found more debris that he did not clean up. I put it back together. NO LEAK!!!

My air-conditioner stop pumping air at midnight on Monday. I called vessels at 8 AM Tuesday and I had a quick response time. At first the technician told me my compressor is blown and I need a whole new unit, and when I followed him out for him to show me it attempted to kick over and he changed his story and so it must just be the fan is blown up suppressor. when I followed him out for him to show me it attempted to kick over and he changed his story and so it must just be the fan that's glow not compressor. Then he tells me it's also the contactor. He also told me my unit was only a 1.5ton and that it was too small for my house so I would have to go bigger. He quoted me a price of $300 to replace the fan motor and the contactor. It took him all day to go get the parts and come back. Once he was done making the repairs I asked to keep the motor and contact her so that I can have someone I know check to make sure that's what was wrong.
36 hours later it was 84° inside my house. When I called and asked them to come back and check it they said it would cost me an extra service fee because what he had replaced had nothing to do with how cool it was inside of my house. Also that if it wasn't working now it needed to be replaced completely. I ended up having to put on my own heard starter and and the air conditioner worked. I was then I was able to get my uncle who works for another air-conditioning company out of town to come in and check and see if everything was running fine and it turns out that the motor and contact her that he took off work perfectly fine and the only thing that needed to be replaced was a capacitor that cost $30.
This company was trying to rip me off and they did a $300 when I can I just put a $30 part on the hard-sell for the new equipment without Regis especially considering the fact that they quoted me a price of $90 a pound for our 22 and it turns out you can get it for $10 a pound in other places. I have the working motor and contactor and if I could I would swap them back out and return them and get my money back but I know that's not going to happen .

Horrible customer service. The do quick fixes to ensure you will have to call them back out and to charge you an additional service fee even when the quick fix last less than 48 hours. If you make a complaint they will not return your phone call. The lady who answers the phone does not even answer with a professional greeting making you think you have called a personal phone vs a business. She is not much help only says she will relay a message.

The plumbers that they sent out were super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. To spite what some of the other reviews here say, the pricing was pretty transparent.
