Stivers Heating & Air

We've used Stivers at least four times in the last couple years for both A/C and heating repairs, and we are impressed beyond words every time. This morning, we woke up to a burning smell and high-pitched noise from the attic/ main in-take, so I called them at 0905. After just 1 phone call to the office and 2 trips by Steven (all by 1300), the heat is ready for the upcoming weekend, sans any crazy noise or smells! :-)
The ladies in the office are always super sweet and get someone out as soon as possible (most of the time, same day). We've met all the male Stivers at this point- they show up to the house and are super professional, thorough and I always feel like they're undercharging, compared to crazy estimates we've had in the past.

Stivers took over my maintenance from a former company many years ago. They have been dependable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We have used Stivers for 25 years, and have always found them to be very responsive, personable, and efficient. A couple years ago they installed a new high efficiency furnace and AC system for us. With a reasonably priced annual service contract, we receive fall and spring checkups and the security of a 10 year warranty. We highly recommend them.

I have been with Stivers for more than 10 years and love them! Donnie and Steven are my regular technicians. Both of them are professional, friendly, and great to work with. They always give me little tips that I can do to extend the life of my HVAC system and small things that I can do myself to keep from having to pay for a service call. I highly recommend their annual service agreement. I won't go anywhere else.

Our air conditioner went out early Thursday morning. I called their 24 hour service line, the guy that answered took my information and someone from the company called me in the morning. They said they were booked up all day Thursday and had been for 2 days. They went ahead and scheduled me for Friday, after 12. I got a call from the tech Thursday afternoon about 3:15 and he said he was on his way to my house. He said they were able to work me in. He showed up, fixed the problem and was gone in 15 minutes. The AC unit just needed a new capacitor. Great customer service.

We have used Stivers for our heating and AC services for over 30 years. It is a reliable hometown company. Billy is the technician who knows our systems. He is professional, friendly and we trust his HVAC knowledge.

Technician was great. Never feel like he pushes anything on me that isn’t needed.

I finally replaced the furnace and A/C that we have been nudging along for 3 years. Again no pressure from the technician, he gave the the option of getting the old system through another year. Financing with them was easy and on the day of the installation the technicians arrived on time and very efficiently installed the new system. They cleaned up after and left the area cleaner then it was before the got here. I highly recommend Stivers.

Donnie took care of me as always found the Problem and gave me otpions and the work was done quickly and to my satisfaction!

Just had to have a new HVAC unit installed. Reasonably priced, great to work with. The crew that did installation was professional, friendly and kept us informed on the progress. As always, Stivers was absolutely the best! Stivers is a very professionally run business. Donnie Self is always punctual, professional and courteous. He does a fantastic job and is always happy to answer any questions we have. Wouldn't think of using anyone else.
