Continued excellent service from Stivers. They are prompt and extremely professional. We have been using them for about six years and have never been disappointed.

We have been using Stivers for our HVAC service since 2015. We discovered this morning that our furnace wasn't working. I called Stivers and Billy was there in less than 90 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had to leave to retieve a new pump, but had the system up and running within an hour of his first arrival. Steven, Donnie, and Billy have always been prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable of our HVAC issues anytime we have required their service. I would highly recommend Stivers to anyone for their HVAC needs.

Over the years Stivers has replaced our AC and now our furnace, they have also done work for me at my mother's house. They have always done a great job and left the area cleaner than they found it. Great service, on time and very nice folks. On big purchases I always get other estimates and Stivers prices are very competitive. I can't recommend them enough and have recommended them to friends who always come back to tell me what a good job they did.

The installers were very courteous and did a great job installing my new Bryant furnace. They even clean up!

My AC was leaking water in the house, and I called a couple of companies to get estimates and to diagnose the issue, but none of the companies took their tome to figure out what the issue was, they just assumed my water pump was broken. until I called Stivers Heating and AC, the guy that came out was very helpful and professional, he took his time to diagnose the issue and fixed it! I am happy to pay for their good service, my AC isn't leaking anymore and if I ever need assistance with my AC, I will be giving them a call. 100% recommended.

They come promptly when there's a problem. Always do a thorough job. I was 15 when they started as our heating and cooling experts, now I am the home owner and they still continue to give the same courteous and excellent service. The technicians are always polite they let you know what exactly is going on with your system, not some hyped up bull that will cause you to spend extra unnecessary money. Hope they never go out of business.
