JB came out to fix an extensive electrical problem I had been having, he gave me an estimate on how much it would cost. He explained what was the problem.
He fixed the problem on time, and on budget.
He work was neat, and professional. Frankly I don’t know how he made it look so easy.
Had another company out they didn’t even know what was wrong.

We have been very pleased in all aspects of their service. Very professional, and very courteous and friendly technicians. We have used a lot of different companies in the past, but this will be our company for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical going forward.

Our AC unit went out over night Sunday. John was able to fit us in Monday early afternoon. It took him and a helper 45 minutes to diagnose and fix our unit. At the moment, all is working well. Fingers crossed.

We've used them before and they've been great but the past two times there have been inconsistencies that just dont make sense. Shawn (Sean?) came at 10:30 and a little after noon I looked outside with his van nowhere to be seen. The van came back and he came in a little while after and claimed to have worked from 10:30 to 6:30. Of course, I wasn't there when he was paid so he got the full amount, when otherwise I would have protested. The previous time another tenant of the house caught him sitting in the van doing nothing for an extended period of time. We were told we'd be paying 500 and ended up charged over 200$ more. I don't think we'll ever be using their services again.

Came out to fix our heater on multiple appointments. Each time they told us that they didn't have a part and would have to wait until another day, or that they "fixed" it when they really did not. After four times, we finally called Prudential and they took 20 minutes or less to fix our heater. So New Circle Mechanical was either incompentent or price gouging us by charging us for multiple visits.

Clearly doesn't need new business and the customer service was deplorable. They would not send a tech out to do an estimate but instead wanted to charge me to have a tech come do an inspection of the remaining wiring from the previous HVAC unit. Exact words from the jerk that answered the phone (when asked why they don't do estimates) "Give your business to someone who needs it". Nice.

Great experience! Second time we have needed them for separate issues. Quick to respond in a holiday weekend. Speedy fix with good results. Kind and knowledgeable technician John.. Paid what we expected. Would reccomend!

Our heat went out and New circle arrived same day and was able to make the repairs. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to any of my family and friends.

I will never recommend anyone to this company. They never fixed my problem. They were sent by my warranty company HSC (Home service club). to fixed my air. Instead they created another problem and almost burned my house down according to LGE whom they told me to call because the whole power went out in my home. With still no air and they said it's not their fault I have a bad compressor. Duh that's why I paid you IDIOTS for to diagnosis and fix the problem. The LGE technician called them Jack leg mechanics. I believe so.
When I am done with them they will be out business. Or no business. I repeat DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE JACK LEGGERS!!!

Recently had electrical work done and very happy! John did a great and thorough job! Will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends!
