I won't go into the details of dealing with the home warranty company, which was a negative experience.

I would like to thank McGinnis Heating and Air for being thorough, responsive and good on their word. They could have easily thrown up their hands and decided not to deal with the labyrinth of bull**** consistently dealt by the home warranty company, but they didn't. Darrell was cool, patient and knowledgeable. If it wasn't for the professionalism he exhibited this would have been a real hopeless situation (nightmare). Thanks Darrell, you provided us with confidence every step of the way.

AC went out and could not get anyone out til the next with all the commercial companies. Called McGinnis and they were able to get out within a few hours, determine the problem and get the unit back up a running. Very professional and prompt with determining the issue. Would definitely recommend for your AC and Heating needs.

I had gotten quotes from two major HVAC companies in the thousands of dollars. McGinnis Heating and cooling diagnosed and fixed the problem for a few hundred dollars. I later had them install a ductless hvac system in a rental apartment.

I really appreciate everything McGinnis has done for my family we were without heat for quite a while and I know how things can get quite busy but I appreciate them for coming over and installing our new Linux heating I appreciate these guys I have no complaints whatsoever I'm just glad and thankful to God that we have heat now thanks to McGinnis

My AC went out in my house last night I called mcGinnis And he told me that he will be out the next day he showed up on time was very professional Knowledgeable and has a very Positive attitude in 10 minutes of him being there he found the problem and Got it fixed Very good customer service will definitely recommend him to friends I'll continue using him in the future

Their customer service was excellent. They were able to come out at a time available for me. The price was reasonable. Just great service.
