I would never call anyone other than Energy Control. The Energy Control team has been to my house several times, first service from them was replacing my AC unit. They worked hard, fast and cleaned up after they were done. They were very professional and polite. They also have been to my house to diagnose why my heat wouldn't work and they were quick to fix the issue. They are always a joy to work with and their pricing is great too!

After getting several quotes, Energy Control was not only the best price, but they were the most up front about the product and service we needed. We felt we could definitely trust them the most! Their technicians were on time and so fast and did such a great job! We will never use anyone else!

Long story:
We had a gas leak at the end of the summer and the company that came out to fix it noticed how old our furnace was. We bought our house over a year ago knowing we would most likely need to replace the furnace sooner than later. Energy Control is who they recommended if we needed hvac services. Low and behold a month ago we wake up to a cold house and my 6yr old thought she had done it with her "freezing powers". Nope, the furnace was not running, at all. Luckily my husband saved the phone number to Energy Control. They were able to come out pretty quick. Stephen (the tech) was very up front on his diagnosis and let me know my options. Replace a valve, that may be the issue, or replace the unit altogether. It made no sense to replace an expansive valve when we knew the furnace may not last through the coming winter. We bit the bullet and ordered a new one with a nice thermostat. Stephen and Justin did the install and they were both professional and down to earth guys. Very respectful. The install took awhile longer than thought but bumps in the road happen and I'm glad they rather do it right than do it quick. They're quick to respond, knowledgeable, and punctual. My family is happy with Energy Control's services and products.

Energy Control has been and always will be my “go-to” for any hvac needs I have. They are fair, trustworthy, efficient, informative, and excellent in their fields of expertise! Ever since the 1980s, when Kenny Parker Sr. came to our home at 3:00am on Christmas Day (he was still up, putting together Santa’s toys) to repair our furnace (it was in the low 20s outside and we had no heat!) and then, because he perceived that they had installed a faulty thermostat, THEY NEVER SENT US A BILL!!!!!
Now that he is retired and his sons have taken over the business, the quality has not changed. These are the most upright men in their field and I would even say in the business world.
One cannot go wrong in using Energy Control!

We had them out 3 weeks ago to make a repair to our Goodman Heat Pump System. The outdoor unit would not shut off unless the circuit breaker was turned off. They arrived on time and called just before arriving to let us know they were on their way. The repair was made within only one hour and within five dollars of the ball park price they offered in advance of beginning the work. That repair including trip charge, parts and labor only about $200.00! I can't express how pleased I was with the tech's professionalism, knowledge and respect he showed us. In my 30+ years as a Realtor I have had exposure to a number of HVAC contractors and for my personal choice this will be the one I will always call and one when my clients ask I would recommend. Fast service and knowledgeable technicians. Checked my old system and explained the problem clearly, answering all the questions I had. Patrick Weber and his partner Jay came out and installed my new a/c unit in a way that I can only say was top of the line. The machine itself is a beast, and I know it'll get us through some hot summers. I wouldn't recommend anyone else, and believe me, I've went through several other big name places and the last one tried to charge me over $2500 more than what these honorable people did. Don't make a dumb decision with someone else, make an informed decision through Energy Control.
