This is a great company to use for your AC and furnace work. They are very honest and you can trust what they tell you. I have been using their services for five years, and never had an issue. Shawn is a straightforward man who tells you the truth about the maintenance needed, and seeks the best for you as customer. The prices are fair and good, and, to me, I feel they are reasonable. Their team is very professional and prompt. In my experience, Jayson is an exceptionally talented man in the work he does, and Patrick is skillful too. Simply put: This is the best in town. You will not be disappointment. Highly recommended.

Just called the emergency line and their tech, I believe Patrick, helped me through what to do to get the heat back on. Saved me time and money. Great company and people!

Our AC went on the blink this past week while we had guests in the bedroom where it wasn’t working. Our guests(family)didn’t tell me the first night but the second morning I went into the room and realized we had a problem. I called Energy Control immediately and they set an appointment for the next morning. The Service technician, Myles, called ahead to let me know he was stopping on the way to our house to pick up a part we would possibly need. He was friendly and you could tell he was smiling as he told me he was sorry but he would be a few minutes later than planned. His attitude was so nice that I couldn’t be upset. After introducing himself when he arrived, he went promptly to work and kept me informed along the way. The unit was at least 15 years old and after trying diligently to repair it he let me know it needed to be replaced. He serviced our other systems which were fine. Thankfully, they were able to get a new unit installed the next day! We love all of the people at Energy Control and are thankful for their work ethics! You will always be taken care of as if you are family!

Our AC went out on Tuesday. Called one of the larger HVAC companies in town. The tech was professional and courteous and offered solutions but they all involved spending several thousands of dollars. Still no working AC. Got a referral from a friend for Energy Control and very glad to have connected with these guys. They ran some diagnostics and isolated the issue and explained my options. They educated me on what the problem was, why it was happening, and helped me come up with a short term and long term plan. Very courteous, very competent, and very good at explaining things clearly for cavemen like me. Will need some additional work in the future because of an aging system but won't make any other calls. First and only call will be to the guys at Energy Control. Thank you!

Energy Control HVAC is top notch! Woke up Saturday, the day after Christmas, to a cold house. On-call Tech came and found a crack in our heat exchange. We needed a new system as ours was no longer safe. 😳 A few hours later we had someone here in our home measuring and giving us our options. The day after Christmas y’all! I was called every morning with an update before our install. They were here installing a completely new system at 9:00 Wednesday morning. Every person we had contact with was exceptional! Amazing, A+, outstanding, professional service! I recommend Energy Control HVAC to everyone and will continue. I will be a customer for life!

My old AC unit (from 1989) finally gave up; however, the guys from ECHA put another bandaid on it to get us by before the installation of the new unit, a new Trane unit. First, Dalton, Chase, and Luke arrived right on time and worked diligently all day to install the new system (both indoor and outdoor units, and thermostat). With the old system the upstairs of my house would get to nearly 80° during the day with the thermostat set at 71°. Last night I said the thermostat at the same temperature, 71°, and when I awoke in the morning the temperature was 71.5° on the second level of my house, which was normally 80°.
Second, the guys cleaned up everything better than they found it to include sweeping.
Third, the guys explained the intricacies of the new system.
Fourth, all three men acted and spoke kindly to me and to each other.

I’m completely satisfied with the system and the work performed by Energy Control.

Jason, Dalton and Chase provided excellent service installing my new furnace and air conditioner. They were very professional and very thorough. Being new to town I am thankful I was referred to a reputable company that provides great products and excellent service.

Not only did I have the pleasure of an install of a whole home HVAC Trane system from Energy Control, but I had the service team out twice to vacuum and charge my 2 split mini AC systems in our barn. Sean and his team were very responsive, ethical, and timely with the install and operational tests. We custom designed a 3 zone, heat pump system, with LP emergency heat and a clean effects micro filtration system and Energy Recovery Ventilator for our new home. The house is cool in the summer, warm in the winter. I give Energy Control the highest recommendation possible. Service team was great, in an out in 60 minutes.

Patrick Weber was my service technician. Patrick was did a wonderful job; he was very polite, courteous and friendly. He even went above and beyond his duties and brought my empty trash cans behind the fence. Energy control is a wonderful company and I highly recommend them.

After some very bad experiences with other contractors it was a blessing to find a company that cared and explained what my problem was but also my solution to get heat back in my home. The team came in and did a great job while keeping me informed as they worked on everything. They respected my home and time and for that I thank the whole team. I will use energy control for my needs and will be sure to let others know this company can be trusted.
