The service was good but the service charges - the $72.00 per trip I find not just unfair, but outrageous. If the service technician has to go get a part, you are charged another $72.00. They traded $72.00 for a few thousand as I will find another for future issues. Buyer beware

Worst decision I made choosing Dad’s Mechanical. They are dishonest !!! pay attention to the equipment they put in because they will put something different in and charge you the same check your invoices I was suppose to get a 14 seer and they put in a 13 and didn’t tell me but still charged me for the 14 even went as far as to cover up the energy efficiency guide so I couldn’t see it was a 13 til I registered it and nothing matched up. Then Matt lied and told home advisor he gave me $200 back he didn’t only a $100 so I had to go to bank and get a copy of his check.which was only for a $100 Then when he came back he damage the new air conditioner he put in and dented and scratched up the top had to order another one of those. Then bent the fan had to order another one If he would have been honest from the beginning Instead of hoping I wouldn’t notice things would be a lot different Then he hangs up on you when you call and ask a question not very professional at all and I’ve had nothing but head aches from this company now I need a new furnace because they didn’t replace the coil which all other companies say should have been included in the $2345 he quoted me. I ask for an Itemized receipt the answer was we don’t do that. Guess not then there would be a paper trail of your dishonesty
