Chapman Heating and Cooling

I started using Chapman just last year, as I knew one of their employees. I wish I had started sooner, as the service I have received has been second to none. I appreciate their fast response to my calls and excellent work. A special shout-out to Kevin and Miles - they are the best.

Miles has been maintaining our heating and cooling system regularly for years. He is always prompt and courteous. He knows our system well, and we trust him completely. He noticed something was off this week when he was here, so we discussed the best course of action. Miles put in a request for service, and Terrence was at our house about an hour later. He, too, was courteous and knowledgeable. Terrence completed the repair while I picked up my children from school. He waited until I returned home to answer my questions, and I’m grateful for the fantastic experience. Thank you, Chapman Heating and Cooling!!

Our 14-year-old heat pump started making an awful grinding noise in February 2020. After looking at reviews online, we got in touch with Chapman Heating and Cooling and asked them to come take a look at it. Terrance B. arrived that same afternoon, and after a thorough and professional inspection let us know the heat pump had reached its end of life. After settling on a new unit and a painless financing process, Joe C. and Codey K. came out the following morning, and within a few short hours had installed a brand-new, whisper-quiet system. We were hugely impressed with everyone involved! All our technicians were prompt, extremely courteous, took time to listen and address all our concerns, and did an overall fantastic job at a price that was more than fair. After some not-so-great experiences with other local installers, we were extremely relieved to find Chapman Heating and Cooling. You won't go wrong with them!

My heat went out, system blowing cold air. It was a Sunday morning. I called the service line at 8:30 am and received a return call by 9. My technician Terrance kept me informed of the calls ahead of me. He was at my house before noon and had my heat on in under an hour. He explained the problem and ordered the necessary parts to complete the repair. Terrance was prompt, knowledgeable and very helpful. I am very happy with the product,
warranty and especially the service. Thanks all!

I just want to thank Joe C. and crew. I wish I could remember there names but they were fantastic. From the start by scheduling with Marissa she was very assertive and prompt. She got me in first thing Monday morning after a long hot weekend with no a.c.. She got me in contact with Judd who was very accommodating and answered any questions that I may of had. The crew worked around my 9 and 2 year old which can be very annoying but they did it and all with a smile. They showed up on time and finished in a timely manner all while it was pouring rain. Ill admit I had a few estimates and Chapman's pricing is very competitive and financing is out of this world. We chose to go with Chapman's and I'm glad I never looked back. Thank you so much and we will definitely recommend and use you our future needs.

Great service very thorough. One negative after paying for two services requested an additional $20.00 for the second visit to pay for gas….

Warren provided excellent service. Company charged way too much to replace an easy to access part that was under warranty.

I was able to get right through to someone and was provided a convenient appointment time. Cole was on time and was very knowledgeable and is taking care of the my issue with my AC.

I cannot say enough good things about Chapman Heating and Cooling. Terrance was the tech that came out, he was genuine and gave me straight answers to my questions. I didn’t get the salesman vibe that I got from other companies. The prices were lower than other companies and I felt like I could trust both Terrance and Chapman to be honest and trustworthy.
