Chapman Heating & Cooling is a great company for your HVAC needs. I bought my Trane system from them in 2015 and it is great. Their service technician, Miles, is knowledgeable, efficient and always on time. Having the same technician provides continuity as he knows my system and when things are deviating from normal. I highly recommend.

Chapman is my first call from here on out. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and eager to help. Cole was the technician that came one. Extremely nice guy, and doesn't hesitate to go above and beyond.

Old A/C went out, tried every trick know but 17 year old Compressor had met it's demise.
Bought a new Temp star Seer 16 and new coil installation. Fired up and running and quieter then the old unit. Way better looking and much better on energy use.

We purchased a new home and had Chapman Heating and Cooling come to check out and service our new home's HVAC system. We asked them to replace the Nest thermostat with a Trane programmable thermostat since we were not going to use the Nest (no wi-fi). Cole serviced the a/c unit which had a clogged and dirty coil. He also did a very thorough inspection of the gas heater. Cole went through the pictures and videos of he took of the inside of our heater and pointed out several issues we need to contend with. He was extremely detailed with his explanations and answered all of our questions. We have been using Chapman Heating and Cooling for over 15 years now and they have been nothing but professional in their service to us. Highly recommend Chapman Heating and Cooling!

We selected Chapman from a group of six different HVAC contractors and we are very pleased with our choice. Every representative from the sales rep Matt Vaughn, Karly office staff/ scheduling, Aaron, Brandon and Cody installers who were very competent, friendly and professional. Chris, the installation manager was exceptional in his management of the project to ensure we understood all aspects of the system and gave us complete confidence the system would be installed in accordance with the professional standards that would meet or exceed our expectations. He succeeded in all respects to include changing out the 5 wire thermostat for the 7 wire thermostat to ensure complete functionality and consistency with the factory specifications. Absolute satisfaction in all respects from sales process answering all of my questions in a timely manner as we exchanged information I requested, to include a scheduling change at my request due to weather conditions and finally a professional installation team.

Repaired older system to run until new one installed. Carly at the office was very professional and helpful, got service scheduled right away. Terrance, our tech was amazing, knowledgeable, explained everything clearly. Very easy to work with, polite even to our bothersome cat. Got us up and running quickly. Really good at helping select and schedule new install. Highly recommend.

Cole was the tech who came out to diagnose our problem. Chris and Brandon installed our new unit. All were very professional, courteous and informative.

My parents had a new furnace installed yesterday. Chris T, Chris(beard), other Chris, and Jacob were all professional and friendly and did a great job.
