Chapman was an absolute nightmare to deal with. After replacing a gas valve on our furnace, a gas leak started while people were sleeping in the house. Louisville Gas & Electric came out and confirmed that Chapman made a mistake in their installation that caused the leak. After many calls to Chapman's office, receiving multiple different explanations of the problem, they claimed they couldn't help us and that the gas leak was "just a coincidence". They refused to fix the problem and told us to find a plumber. I will never use this company again and I strongly recommend everyone reading this to stay away from them.

Chapman co. installed a brand new unit for us three years ago. It worked great until month ago.We called and talked to Mr. Chapman. He sent a tech Cole Wilcoxon. This guy spent three hours to find the problem and fixed it. Thank you Mr Chapman for taking pride in your service and sending to us a great professional to repair our AC. It works now better then new, Thank you.

I started with excellent customer service, Karly was very pleasant and professional. The tech, Cole, was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and very efficient. He answered all my questions and he even showed me pictures and the live video from inside the unit when he checked the coil. Thanks for such a good job!!!

So great! Cole was so nice and professional; he worked quickly to diagnose and fix the issue (a blown capacitator during a heat wave). Very reasonable pricing and great service. This was also one of the only places with good customer service reps for people calling in -- most other places would sent you to a VM and not call back, or the bigger places would route you to a call center that seemed to have no idea what you were asking about. Would recommend them to anyone needing heating/cooling help!

Fantastic service from Chapman. Had a small repair issue and Alex H came and fixed it quickly on a very cold Saturday morning. Great technician. Every employee I’ve encountered with this company has been top notch. 10/10 would recommend!
