I called at 9:30 at night on a Sunday and spoke with Alan who gave me advice to try before I spent a lot of money and he genuinely wanted to help me even if it meant I didn't need his service. It worked! Then he followed up with me the next day to make sure we were ok! I recommend this company to anybody because they treated me great and I didn't even spend money with them. I know they are genuine!

I came home one evening and my system was blowing warm air. Alan came out first thing the next morning and was able to determine what the problem was and have it fixed within about 30 minutes and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend to friends and use again.

I had new ac and heat uni put in. The installation had three code violations(one was a small gas leak) they had to come back and correct. Also they turned off gas which caused my hot water heater to shut off . They never re lite the hot water heater. I feel their quality is poor.They came back a second time and installed a exhaust cap. Code made them install it. It blew off with in a week. Calling back to put back on the vent firmly. I am in the process of building a duplex. I will not use them again because on the code violations and lack of a quality installation.

Our air conditioner went out yesterday afternoon. we called and they came out the same day!! not only did they come out on the same day but they walked us through some troubleshooting twice before they arrived. technician came out and fixed the issue within 30 minutes of arriving. Also the price was great especially for technician coming after hours. will recommend to everyone i know.

Received a call back within the hour I left message to make appointment for my AC to be checked!!!! Right in the middle of summer and on the years' hottest day.... Appointment set very next day..And I had the cold air running in less than an hour... Prompt.. Courteous... Knowledgeable.. Trust Worthy...Friendly...I'm a customer for life and highly recommend C&L HVAC!..

Called and left a message and received a call back within an hour to set up an appointment for the following week. Allen called me the morning of my appointment to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, was very professional and serviced my 3 units in about an hour. I will be using C & L for all my A/C and Heating future needs.

Alan called back while he was on vacation! Had one of his guys out to me in 20 min. Fixed my compressor and cleaned the outdoor unit. Had us up and running in 30 min. Awesome service and a very fair price. Thanks guys!!

Alan, the owner responded quickly to my call and was able to get my AC back up and running. I am so grateful because the past few days have been 90+ and the next week is forecasted to be the same. Their prices are competitive and most importantly, the customer service is top notch!
