Bryant Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electric

This was my first time using Bryant. Appointment setting was a breeze. The technician arrived on schedule and completed the maintenance in a timely manner. He made his recommendations and he was genuine and knowledgeable.

We called for furnace help today and Tim came out within 15 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
He was patient with our questions. He offered a few options for our next steps and walked us through the process.

Edit: Since Tim's visit, we have had a new furnace, water heater, and air conditioner installed. The teams that came out to the installation over a period of three days were SPECTACULAR! Every single one of them. I want to especially call out Zack who was so informative and patient with us. I would like to call out one of the guys who installed our water heater. (I wish I knew his name. He was a young guy, with dark hair and tattoos.) He was so informative, professional, and went above and beyond.

I have already had a chance to give a referral for this company and I will continue to do so because of the way their staff has treated us.

Ryan O. and Tim G. were great! I had a carbon monoxide issue. They got right to work and had me back up and going in no time even though it wasn’t the best of conditions to do their work. They were knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the issue. I would definitely recommend them and intend on continuing to use them for anything else that may come up. Theiron Jackson was extremely nice and very thorough. He took more time to check everything out and went above and beyond on the job. Bryant is lucky to have him on the job representing them.

Very responsive and flexible with service times. Communication was great. Second service tech Shawn Sr. Explained to me how the heat pump works and let me know what the first tech explained to me was inaccurate. The person that came out before Shawn told me to switch thermostat to emergency heat anytime it was under 30°. Shawn explained to me how the heat pump would handle that for me.

We had a leaky water heater and contacted Bryant to come out and take a look. They were able to come out the next day and scheduled an install for a new unit that afternoon! So helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

My sincere thanks to Bryant for their timely responsiveness to my issue. The gentleman who took my call was efficient and assuring. The technician (Aaron) was fabulous! Not only did he arrive when expected but he was professional, knowledgeable and kind. He explained the issue to me in terms I could understand and gave me an estimate of my costs prior to initiating the job. He was expedient in the job completion and ensured the area was clean. I would recommend both the company and the tech to anyone. Thank you so much Aaron and thank you Bryant!!!

The online appointment request was quick and easy with an immediate response. James contacted me to let me know when he was on the way and then did a great job. He was mindful to keep my house clean and gave me notice of my aging water heater along with my options for when I was ready.

Bryant always does a great job with maintenance on my HVAC system. David is timely and professional. Recommends services but is not pushy about it. Have been with them for 20 years now and I highly recommend them.
