Samuel from Bryant Heating & Cooling did a great job fixing our AC unit. He was the 4th guy to come out and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. Very experienced, knowledgeable, and professional and will ask for him again if/when service is needed!

Had them come out to install a wall charger. The person that came out was nice and professional. He gave me a estimate of nearly $5000. I obtained a second opinion and got same work for $1500 and very well done. This place is just not fair value

Theiron was on time & super friendly. He communicated what needed to be done to keep our HVAC system working throughout the summer so we don’t run into issues. I appreciated his friendly and professional attitude.

Please be aware that this company is full of scams. Had one of their techs come out to figure out why our new unit that was put in through there company was not working and tech claimed it was something
wrong with wiring attached to house and was going to cost a little over $600 after already paying him $65 to come out and look at unit, to replace them that went down to $405 which talking to the shady manager adjusted, to getting a second opinion that that was not the issue at all. It all boiled down to the A/C unit connector that needed to be replaced which is in the 5 year warranty which they failed to mentioned that its a manufacturer warranty which they have to come out and replace and get the money back from them which they did not do because the tech could not figure that out. So had to get another company out which replaced it and the A/C started right up with no issues and was charged $300 to replace it. Now we are sitting here with a piece that can not be sent back for refund because the smart tech that came out and replaced it was not the initial installer and now bryant heating and cooling can not refund us the money cause it was not their tech that replaced it. So be aware due to the back and forth that they will put you through when it comes to replacing and to the warranty giving. Also found out the $100 a month we pay for the unit is going through an loan company that is not accredited through the BBB. Again be aware. They are selling faulty units, using faulty loan companies and sending out faulty techs to scam ppl out of their hard earning money

Aaron was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our ceiling fan had an issue the caused the breaker box circuit to trip, which caused other things in the house to not work as well. He figured out the problem quickly, and fixed it promptly.

Nick Bristol was my Specialist. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. Thanks to him I will call Bryant whenever the need arises. They will be my go to Plumbing services providers.

Bryant did an excellent job putting in my new HVAC system. I was very pleased with their work.

Called Bryant and a tech came out and diagnosed my water heater issue same day Justin was out to replace it and I was blown away at the quality of the work done compared to what it looked liked previously he took his time and problem solved when needed. After the old water heater was out he cleaned up the area before setting the new one in! Great job
