Made the outside system sound awful when he was supposed to be cleaning it. Worked fine and no awful sounds yesterday ran all day with no problems. Another company earlier checked out and it was fine. Beware....Will never use again... UPDATE a customer service rep reached out to me 20 minutes after I wrote this post. Left a message. I returned her call next day. Explained the poor performance and problem. She refunded the cost of the visit and apologies for the treatment. Tried to convince me to stay with them but that's a hard no. Another company came out and found out the fan was hitting the outside housing of the AC unit and only needed to be adjusted. Not a bearing......

Jacob was at my home in 30 minutes from when we called and he was very professional and friendly and explained clearly everything that he was going to do.
Pricing was up front and very reasonable.
I would use him again for other projects in our home.

We had them put in a whole new complete HVAC system in the whole house. And 2 months later had an issue and Evan was quick and amazing and getting the guys out there. He was on it. They guys that showed was the ones that put the system in which I was thrilled about because they are so professional, knowledgeable, and do great work.

Sean Smith came to our house on April 24th to do our spring cleaning. He did an excellent job. He's very knowledgeable about his job. Sean is very friendly and has a beautiful smile. Sean cleaned our outside unit better than anyone else. Sean is our favorite person to do our maintenance cleaning. We will ask for him again. He's one that you shouldn't let get away from your company.

Bryant was overall easy to work with and very cooperative with our situation. Dale helped us come up with a solution and was responsive with our requests. Justin and Dan worked on the issue and were very polite and professional and made me feel comfortable about the work. I would use them for future work and would recommend them to others!

It was very easy to schedule our HVAC system inspection online. The technician (David) was very courteous and prompt when he arrived at our home. He efficiently inspected our HVAC system and answered my questions. Our system is old and he gave some great advice on next steps concerning replacing our furnace and A/C unit. I would be happy to recommend Bryant to anyone.
