    I had just a regular HVAC tune up with Bryant. I was satisfied with their service. They were professional, explained things clearly and did not pressure you into making a decision at that moment in regards to needed repairs but explained my options and then respected my decision to wait to discuss things with my husband. I feel some companies try to find every little thing that is wrong and then pressure you to make a decision then and there but I did not get that from Bryant. In fact that’s why I switched back to Bryant after trying another company and being dissatisfied with their service.

    The telephone representative was courteous and helpful when I made the appointment. The repairman was thorough and informative when doing the maintenance on our system. I trust Bryant to do a good job.

    Bryant Heating and Cooling has always treated us right. If we have a problem they are here for us. Today, James did an AC system check and cleaned the coils. He is very professional and explained everything he was doing, and if I had a question he would answer me to where I understood his answers. I would welcome him back in the fall for Heating maintenance. Thank you all very much!!

    Received the annual HVAC maintenance service. Employe was on time & professional. He explained other services that’s we might want to consider & provided information on how to contact him if we had any problems in the future.

    Great experience! They were able to come out very quick for a winter service on my system. The person who took my call was knowledgeable and pleasant. The person at my home (James) was knowledgeable, did great work, and was able to look beyond just a regular maintenance. He spoke to me about my system and what to expect in the coming months and years. He was also able to share some experiences with different products and upgrades to my system. Amazing!

    Bryant did an awesome job! We had to get a new water heater and Justin and Jordan were super professional and friendly and really efficient! They showed up first thing in the morning and the job was finished in under two hours. I’d definitely recommend them!

    The most recent update 4/26/23--the only phone calls i received from Bryant are to solicit "maintenance service on my air system" which I do not have. Unless you are offering cash in lieu, save your breath.

    The Good- very responsive, heat went out on Sunday morning fully restored by Monday Evening. The dispatcher Tanya was excellent, the service installers worked very hard to restore my heat in a timely fashion.
    The Bad- They send a salesman out to the initial service call. Advised that a new furnace was required & they utilize a known predatory lender (Ally) who has had multiple class action lawsuits against them requiring to pay back it's customers millions of dollars in excessive fees. The lender also has a D- rating on BBB. Bryant never scheduled an inspection of my unit. I had to seek out a final inspection on my own. I gave them 6 months. I kept getting calls from them, and advised that i had not received any info about the final inspection, they repeatedly told me the info was coming. It wasn't. We will see next week after the final inspection is completed. 6 months later.
    The Ugly- Salesman knew he was walking in to a home run slam dunk, we had no heat. He was very pushy, he lied about "soft hit" to credit score and told me "what a good christian" he was no fewer than twice, after bragging about his resort property in Lake Tahoe. I believe that if you are a "good christian" you do not have to say it. I also believe you can be a good person without religious affiliation. Normally the "good christian" sales person gets a "thank you for your time- here is your $80 service fee & i will be pursuing other options." If it was not for the fact that it was an urgent repair & my family was suffering in the cold I would have sent him on his way. I am pleased that the heat is restored, I am not happy to have had to agree to pay $10,000 for a $5,000 repair through their chosen financial institution. If I could do it over again, I would have shopped around, had a second or third opinion. I revised the review to 1 star for the company as a whole. I hope the good people that work there find something better & more reputable.

    During Derby week, a tree limb destroyed the power line connection to the house where my elderly parents live with hospice care (it’s a challenging time in my life). I figured I was looking at a week of my parents in the dark and spring chill with no perishable food because no one works this week in Louisville. I called Bryant on a whim - and Grant took my call. He quickly assessed the damage and arrived right on time the next morning to begin repairs, finishing the job quickly and effectively. He went the extra mile by arranging for an expedited inspection to LG&E would come out and reconnect the power line. The best part? Grant is a kind human. We swapped stories of caring for aging parents. Later in the day, he texted me to make sure LG&E had turned on the power for my parents (they had!). A skilled electrician who makes your day brighter - I will be a Bryant customer from here on out.
