Allgeier Air

🍁I contacted Allgeier Air to do a Seasonal Clean & Check of my Furnace as I have done since 2009. Missy quickly got me scheduled for one time, but because of a scheduling change, called me back to let me know that they had an earlier time available on the same scheduled day. I accepted the earlier time for the same day. She also called me 30 minutes ahead to let me know that the Technician was on his way & his name was Jake. Missy was professional, kind, & courteous.
Jake arrived, came to my door & introduced himself & that he was with Allgeier to do a Seasonal Check of my Furnace. He thoroughly checked my Furnace, thermostat, & filters. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, kind & courteous.
He did an “Outstanding job”. He gave me “Great Peace of Mind” that my Furnace is in good shape, but if a problem should come about, just give Allgeier a call & they’ll be there!

I work full time and am only off 2 days a week. My heat went out Sunday night. I set up an appointment Monday morning for another company between 1-4. 3 O’clock rolls around and I get a call saying they’re caught up and can’t make it today, wanting heat before my next off day I immediately called Allgeier. They said they’d get someone one ASAP. Within the next couple hours I met Jeff and he quickly diagnosed my problem and I had heat again. I had heard good things about Allgeier before, my mistake was not calling them first. I had heard they were quick, friendly, professional, and fair priced. Have had several experiences with Allgeier Air and they have all been great. Timely service with excellent communication. Missy, Ronny and Kyle helped us with our most recent issue and all did a great job keeping us informed and explaining what was being done and needed to do. Highly recommend.

Had A/C go out on a Friday evening and called to check on getting service done. I believe the lady I spoke with's name is Barbara. Even though she stayed in contact with me through the weekend, unfortunately they weren't able to get anyone to me until Monday. However, Andrew is the tech that came to diagnose the issue with my system. He was extremely professional and thorough and gave me several recommendations as well as answering any questions I had. The system was about 25 years old and I decided to replace with a new unit. I was able to get a new install scheduled and completed within 2 days.

We have used Allgeier Air for many years and are always satisfied. During our last call for service Missy scheduled us within 48 hours at a time that worked with our schedule. Clark arrived as scheduled, fixed our problem right away and inspected our furnace for any other issues. They are honest, do a great job, at a fair price. I highly recommend Allgeier Air.

Susan scheduled our repair it was 78° inside got to us the same day I called and Dustin did a through job unclogged the drain tube filled the loops and got system running again. He is very knowledgeable on our AC and heat system.
Have been using Alligier Air for 12 years Dustin doesn't stop until he finds the problem with the system. I am very thankful of his services.

Last week, my moms air went out at 10:15 pm and they were out to look at it by 8:30 the next morning! Thank you Missy for being so kind and professional over the phone and sending Drew for repair. It was repaired and working great by 9:45am! When we have used them in the past, they have always been professional and the problem resolved quickly.
