Shout out to Missy in the office for a quick response, and to Caleb for a professional job done well.

This was my first time using Allgeier heat and air,
I will be using them going forward.
I had an all around good experience.
Missy scheduled the appointment, she was very pleasant and helpful in explaining what to expect.
She also called to let me know, that my technician Patrick was on his way to my house,this way I didn’t have to just sit at home and wait for him to show up.
Patrick did a great job, he was thorough, he made suggestions that were very helpful...
He didn’t leave anything behind and he even cleaned up after servicing my A/C.
I think it’s important to give a review, this way Allgeier Heat and Air will know how their employees represent their company!

My geo-thermal was 12 years old and started having issues. I reached out to the company that installed it and just for the sake of comparison I reached out to Allgeier Air. Mike with Allgeier was much more detailed and informative than my previous company rep. Although the price was a bit higher, Mike did a great job of explaining the benefit of the Water Furnace Series 5. After reviewing the two options it was a no brainer. Mike was on top of the installation and literally had it installed the day after they received my new unit. It has made a drastic improvement in the climate in our home. We love the circulation option on the thermostat. Thank you Mike for being a true professional!

Our AC needed repair and I called Allgeier Air based on some positive feedback from a friend who used them for service. They were on time and the service technician Andrew was very thorough and super nice. He fixed our problem in no time and went over some recommendations for future repairs. This young man was top notch with his knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend using Allgeier Air for your service needs. I know without a doubt that we will be calling Allgeier Air for an AC replacement and all future service.

I was having a problem with my heat not working properly. I called and talked to Crystal. Not only was she very friendly, but she took care of everything. She got someone over to my house within a day, he fixed it, cost was reasonable, and I was happy. No hassle, great service!

The knowledge and professional manner in which we were treated led us to sign up for the yearly maintenance contract. With all going on in life, I can forget about regular cleanings and overview of equipment. Now I know that my investment in our system is being serviced by the best company. My wife and I have been so impressed as to how professional and friendly our services has been. Every time we call we get service within 48 hrs, and even had a weekend service call when our AC stopped working this summer.
