Allgeier Air

We have used Allgeier air for many years and we are very happy. They have very professional and helpful with all things HVAC. I would recommend Allgeier to anyone.

We used Chase from The Fireplace and he was on time, professional, and answered all my questions. We will be requesting Chase for our next service!

We use Allgeier for all of our geothermal services including twice yearly maintenance. They are professional, responsive, and very thorough. Missy made it so easy to set up a convenient appointment time and she clearly communicated some of our questions/concerns to the service team ahead of the appointment. I’ve been using this company for over 10 years. I’ve been through all kinds of issues with geo system but they do the right thing for the customer in the long run . Great communication from Crystal and new tech Jason got the right fix and had my brand of thermostat stocked on the truck! A company this good is worth the service plans option…

Had an issue with the ducts originally installed in the house that needed a redesign due to moisture. Crystal made sure we had people in place to get the job done (there were other contractors to work around). Jeff and Ronnie did inspections and figured out the work around. Bob is THE duct wizard! Bob and Elijah worked in terrible heat up in the attic and got the job done. We’ve used allgeiers for years now. Only trust my hvac to them.

Called Allgeier on a Sunday for service to a furnace not working. It was the first chilly weather of fall and I knew they would be busy. Left message with the answering service. Received a call back promptly from Angela. She mentioned that the cold weather had them booked but she was willing to try to work us in. Given our plans for the day, opted for an early Monday appointment. Angela called early Monday morning and said a tech was on the way.
Drew was the tech that showed right on time. He was very professional. I explained what was happening and he took it from there. 30-40 minutes later, he had identified the loose connection in the multi-stage circuit that was causing the problem. He performed a full inspection of the gas pressure, furnace read outs, and assured it cycled several times before both he and I were satisfied.
The unit was still under warranty, so there was no charge. I received a thorough description and invoice in my email before he even left the driveway.
Overall excellent customer service all around.

Jason was my service man and I knew right away I was going to like him! He introduced himself right away and we chatted for a minute and he said now you tell me what kind of issues you are having and I will try my best to fix it!!! well last night and the night before my heat never turned on an it was freezing cold, NOT GOOD He was very professional and fixed it right away, then he checked everything else and right before leaving he said lets check the thermostat , he said you need a new battery in this and I never knew it took batteries!!! he said if you have some AA batteries I will be happy to put them in for you. I would rate Jason a 5 star or if we go from 1 to 10 (10 being the best) he sure gets a 10 from me

Jeff and Missy provided exceptional customer service and was very friendly. They completed an A/C system maintenance and repair. They were able to fix our A/C issue and now we have a cool home. We will definitely be calling them in the future.
