Allgeier Air

My technician, Drew, was extremely courteous. He explained what he needed to do, and he gave me a good time line about how long he would be. He put on his shoe covers each time he came into the house. He is a very friendly and professional young man.

Very thorough and helpful - Allgeier has been maintaining my home hvac for 6 years. They come out twice a year and do a great job of inspecting and cleaning the system. Jason came out today and was super friendly. Missy & Crystal are always great in terms of calling and scheduling the maintenance ahead of time!

Jake from Allgeier was great! He was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional, and was able to get our HVAC system all set with some solutions that saved us money every month.

My furnace stopped working and I had 3 other companies inspect it before calling Allgeier. They quoted me $1200 or more to replace things like the smart valve, flame sensor, roll out sensor, and the control board. They told me completely different things about why it wasn’t working and they claimed the furnace wouldn’t even start up.

I called Allgeier on my last leg, completely frustrated because I felt like I wasn’t getting honest answers.

Jake M is an absolute LIFE SAVER! He came over and found multiple things off like the flame sensor and the wiring being out of place, which got moved around from previous people “inspecting” the issue. Jake took the time and effort to figure out the real issue.

Because of Jake, Allgeier will be the FIRST company I call when I have issues!

Crystal (dispatch) and Andy (technician) were very professional and responsive to my problem even though it was after hours. I have a fairly complicated hybrid geothermal system and it took a while to figure out the problem but Andy was very diligent and got it fixed as fast as possible. Job well done by both!

We've used Algier on an install at our previous home, and have them check this system twice a year. Missy in the office is easy to work with, and Jake is very thorough. Never disappointed.

I worked with a top notch client services agent. Crystal was courteous and listened to all my concerns and handled my call with white glove treatment. She followed through with everything she said she was going too on the call. Customer is always nervous when calling for service like this and she made me feel completely at ease.

Our AC unit died Friday evening, and we were stuck in 90 degrees inside the house, yuck. I searched online to find a company available and was not disappointed to find this company. Nick was professional and help diagnose the problem efficiently and quickly. He found the issue on Saturday evening, and was able to get the faulty equipment replaced Monday Morning. Crystal was the dispatcher who was easy and sweet to talk too. Very professional team and highly recommend. AC is back up and working! Kids and wife are no longer hot headed and cranky, yay!

My first experience with Allgier was great.
Jason the gentleman that showed up was such a good guy. He explained everything then fixed what needed to be fixed. He went over everything at the end and now I’m writing this review in nice cool air conditioning. Thanks Jason!!!!!
