James did a wonderful job. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed our gas fireplace. We were also able to schedule fairly quickly for this busy time of year!

Very professional and friendly experience with Andy and Justin. They both presented as honest and trustworthy .They explained their assessment and made recommendations. They worked independently and didn't require supervision or assistance. They were in and out. Services and installation were provided with 1 week. I will recommend Allgeier and Andy and Justin.

Never use Allgeier Air or The Fire Place to service your gas fireplace, their “technician” couldn’t start the pilot light and blamed it on a faulty gas line and told me to call a plumber. The plumber started the pilot and the fireplace within 10 seconds of being in my home. Now I am out $230 for the plumber and a fireplace that hasn’t been serviced. Thanks for nothing and a $230 bill. Contacted the company to see if they would make it right and they never apologized or took responsibility.

I've been an Algeier Air customer for several years and I use their annual maintenance contract; their customer service is exceptional! Andy is an exceptional technician, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. No matter what unit he is maintaining, he always goes the extra mile and never leaves a mess.

The team at Allgeier Air was courteous and responsive. Technician Jeff Wright was extremely knowledgeable and professional, going the extra mile to ensure optimal performance. Jeff is a class act and I would not hesitate to request Jeff again!

Jason did our semi-annual HVAC maintenance. He did a great job. He is professional, courteous, and very good. We very much appreciate his service. He did identify one problem, and he took care of that for us. We look forward to Jason and Allegier's continued service.

Andrew did our semi-annual home HVAC maintenance. He discovered 2 potential probably, which he took care. Andrew is courteous, professional, and very good at his job.

Very quick to come out during an emergency and was able to diagnose the problem within 15 minutes (turned out to be a bad t-stat). My only complaint would be I was charged $700 for a $300 thermostat. I understand markup, but seems excessive. Otherwise, very friendly and courteous.

Spring 2023 We had a new technician this year, Jason. He did a wonderful job. He was quite thorough, very professional, and friendly. He explained everything to us quite clearly, even showing us videos of the inside of our AC unit. We will continue to use Allgeier Air for all of our HVAC needs.

Spring 2022 Once again Missy got us all signed up for our seasonal maintenance, and Andrew was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company due to such wonderful employees.
