I had a leak coming from my furnace. Jeff W. came out and found the problem within a couple of minutes. He talked me through the problem and had it fixed a few minutes later. Knowledgeable and professional. Great job all the way around.

Jason was sent to us for maintenance on our heating system. His appearance was professional. He was courteous and did all that we asked of him. I was impressed with his demeanor. Thank you Jason, for a job well done,

I originally called them out for service on my AC and furnace on Feb 28th, we are in the process of selling this house and our realtor recommended them. He spent 5 hours at my house and I felt like it was very thorough. However, at the end of the service, his supervisor showed up and tried to sell us a new unit. Yes, I understand that it’s their jobs to upsell. I was told that I have a bad capacitor and a small leak so I would need a new unit. Keep in mind that I’ve never had a problem with this unit what so ever. So this past Tuesday, I turned it on for the first time since they serviced it and realized something wasn’t right. I called a local company to come out and check the unit and they found that Allegir had unplugged my AC compressor, obviously causing it to not run properly. Also, they check for leaks and the capacitor and found nothing, everything was good. I will never use this company again.

HVAC specialist Jeff Wright did an outstanding job checking out my heating system from a factory recall. He was highly professional and went over his findings in a clear and concise matter. He is a valuable asset for Allgeier Air.

The entire Allgeier Air team is professional and responsive. From the front desk folks like Missy and Susan to the service technicians Dustin and Jake.

Dustin was most informative when he reviewed the diagnostic notes with me. He also suggested some enhancements that I refused at present. When he left for the day, the system was functioning normally.

The following day I woke to a cold house. The furnace would not come on. I immediately called the office. They said they would call me back when they knew that the first available technician would be open to troubleshooting the unit.

Jake arrived about 45 minutes later and diagnosed that the furnace's circuit breaker was not seated correctly. This was rapidly resolved, and the unit is now working normally. Jake was apologetic that this issue had occurred in the first place.

Everyone makes mistakes. How one handles those mistakes says something about integrity and character. The Allegier Air Team stands behind their service and every team member.

Woke up to no heat. Allgier was great. Office was friendly and professional. Came out same day and got my heat working again! Andy was the tech who came out. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Figured out our issue in a few minutes and had our heat running. 5 star company for sure!

Several years ago we had Geothermal installed and have enjoyed this system for many years w/ regular maintenance. CALEB, the technician was Professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to show us some photos & explained to us thoroughly our system so we can address a few things in the near future. He is the BEST technician I have ever had and I would like the company to know this besides anyone else. I am calling to request him each spring & fall visit! Thanks Caleb for doing your job so well! A big thanks to Jake Michaels for performing my annual HVAC (Heating) system maintenance. He gave me a 20 minute 'heads up' before he arrived (on time), and did a great job in listening to my concerns I had from the past few months and explaining the diagnostics he performed. Jake was consistent with ALL the interactions I've had with Allgeier associates - they've ALL been professional, courteous, efficient, and fair. They do their work well and don't add a lot of complication to your day when the time comes to work with them.
