Jeff Wright was our HVAC Service Technician.
He was on time & fully prepared to service our systems.
Jeff did all the essential resets & walked me through his process.
Jeff was clean, organized & professional.
Over the years, I’ve been through a bunch of these.
But, Jeff was really thorough. He even cleaned the leaves & debris out of our condensers.
My conclusion: Jeff Wright & Allgeier are exceptional.

Jeff was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem (blown capacitor). He had it fixed quick and the cool air was back. He explained the recommendations and did the upgrades. He was responsive to questions. While he was there I asked him to replace our 25+ year old thermostat. For the first time ever we actually know what the settings are. Great experience.

We have had excellent service from Allgeier Air. Last fall they repaired a duct into our furnace and replaced a very important part of our air conditioning unit. Recently, thanks to Missy and Patrick, the company returned to replace the filter in our furnace. We have found them to be polite, professional and very responsive.

I couldn't be more impressed. Andrew and Patrick were thoughtful, friendly and professional. They took time to ask about my concerns before beginning assessment and service of my HVAC system. There was no pressure to perform optional system improvements but they explained their recommendations and answered all my questions clearly. I was so happy with the service that I enrolled in the regular service plan. A good value.

Allgeier Air's tech did a great job. He was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all our questions. Allgeier installed our Geo Thermal system and has done a great servicing it. Cannot think of anyone else keeping the system up and running.

I wanted to update my review. Recently I had a question about my system and Missy in their office was able to help solve the issue quickly. She was friendly and went the extra effort to help me. She and the rest of the team are why we are loyal customers.

Another update; I have a tech look at the Geothermal, and found the problem quickly.

Michael Hayden is the field supervisor that explained everything to me, on time and very professional. Company is outstanding.

I can’t speak highly enough about Missy, Andrew, and all the staff at Allgeier Air. They worked with me to get me an appointment that was convenient for us on short notice. When Andrew arrived in his mask and booties he couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. 5 Stars across the board! Weekend service call for inoperative a/c on one of the hottest days this year. Our service club membership kept the cost down. We were squeezed into the schedule. Patrick did a great job testing the system and diagnosed the problem (not the A/C but a faulty 50Amp breaker). Diagnosis was later confirmed by electrician from a different company.
A/C has been on since breaker was replaced. Polite, efficient, and accurate work. great Job!

Great company! Andy was my technician, arrived on time. Very courteous and professional. Their prices seem to be very good. I chose to have a new unit installed the very next day. Kyle and Justin were my installers and they too were very professional. Would recommend this company!! No pressure, just information!!

Great company to do business with. I had a furnace problem and when I called I spoke to Jessica Brown. She was able to schedule me with an appointment right away. The service person was on time and reviewed my problem and discussed my repair options. My furnace is back to good working condition and I would highly recommend Allgeier Air for all your heating and air conditioning needs.
