Travis Nafziger was fantastic! He arrived on time, did an evaluation of needed garage door repairs, made relevant suggestions for upgrades, and performed the actions quickly, efficiently, and professionally. And he came on a Saturday morning! I would definitely recommend him and Absolute Services.

My garage door had come off track and a roller was off. The door was partially up and crooked. My service rep was on time and professional. Upon arrival he did a full inspection and went over the results and gave me 3 different options with a price estimate before starting the repair. We agreed on which repairs I was able to make and worked with me on the price which I was grateful for. This was the first time I have done business Absolute Service and I can say that they were certainly not the least expensive company to do the repair, I feel satisfied with the work done and the price I paid.

Very pleased with the garage door repair service we received today. Jacob was prompt (actually a bit early after he called first to see if that was okay), friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the repair quickly. He provided us with options, explained what was needed and the pros and cons of each option. It was a great service experience!

After a tree fell on our garage and our car was trapped due to the spring pole bending in half, Absolute Services was there within one hour of calling them. Jacob was so helpful and instantly knew how to solve the problem. We will also have to replace both doors and he was so helpful in our selection process. Thanks so much - we cannot wait to get the new garage doors.

I bought a new AC unit from this company last year and I am beyond happy with it! Their yearly membership that is included is amazing as well! The garage check was awesome and he replaced the bottom rubber part for free for me! Yesterday I had the free plumber service that is included and Kevin was so amazing and unclogged all of my drains and was so professional and kind! I have such a great experience with this company and highly recommend!

Jacob Higgins was very informative, professional and way ahead of schedule which I greatly appreciated! We had some garage repair done and they were out in 30 minutes. I was so satisfied with the job that I asked about repairing my second garage and due to excellent service , time efficiency and being very detailed on a trade I had no idea about.. I have been having intermittent issues with my garage door sensors for about 6 weeks. Monday, the sensors stopped working and I couldn't close my garage door. After calling another company who was going to charge a $75 service fee, I called Absolute Services and they not only did a free inspection, but they were able to come out the same day. The service tech called me around 1000 to tell me they were going to be at my place at 1200. They showed up on time. Jacob and Kyle came out, assessed the problem and provided a clear and understandable explanation of exactly what was going on and what my options were. They provided several options for replacements systems and also included in the price, the repair that needed to be made to the garage door itself. They came in a fully stocked truck, and were able to complete the repair and new garage door opener system in stall in about 30-45 minutes. They made sure to explain how it worked, assisted me with programing the keypad as well as programming the other component by the door that has a time and temperature display. They were professional, friendly, and did fast work. It was much appreciated that they provided amazing customer service, which is lacking with a lot of companies in today's day and age. I will definitely utilize them in the future when I have an issue with my garage door.

Finally!! A company with technicians that actually show up and do the work when they say they're going to do it. What a wonderful and pleasant experience. I was given multiple options for repairs on my garage and was able to choose something to fix the garage and also fit within my budget. I truly appreciate how responsive everyone was to my request for repairs.
