I just moved into this place and had the gas turned on. The next day the furnace just stopped working. (Of course we have the 1st snow fall and get covered with snow.) A tech came out and had us up and running the very next morning. Thanks guys for keeping us warm. Great service and extremely proficient.

Because our old circuit board was broken during the holidays, they quickly helped us repair the heater when we resumed working days. It's very warm now!

We woke up to a.A/C nightmare and Kenneth was able to come right away, provide great service, and get us back up and going.

Our A/C unit was not cooling, right in the middle of a heat wave. We had originally called another company to come take a look. The quote we got for coolant was outrageous ($1200!!!) so we decided to shop around. Our landlord recommended Louisville HVAC pros. Stacy addressed our concerns instead of pressuring us into buying a new system. He came to our house, quickly fixed the issue and our home was cool again by the time he left. We saved $900! Prompt and professional service. My HVAC unit stopped cooling on a hot Sunday evening, realizing it’s a Sunday I kept my hopes low and searched on google. Called a bunch of numbers listed on there, Louisville HVAC pros, Stacey was responsive and understood my situation. He offered to come next day (Monday) on a short notice. He was running a bit late but was responsive to update me.
He got all his tools and toys (gauge, laptop etc) He explained the issues and went on to remedy it. We were done in little over an hour. He was professional and courteous in explaining maintenance and importance of regular servicing. Would definitely recommend them.

I just had two guys out today to check out my AC unit. They were both fantastic and went above and beyond to service my unit. I would highly recommend this company. Very honest, extremely knowledgeable and care about the customer!!

I used to get service from another company for years until they gave an outrageous qoute to fix my A/C. They also recommended that i was better off replacing the whole unit for double the price. Something told me to get another opinion and that's when i found Louisville Hvac Pro's, called them and from the moment I talked to Stacy I could tell that I was talking to someone honest and dependable, he came to my place in about an hour. After running some test and looking at the unit he showed me and explained what he was doing and the readings of the test. Stacy suggested a few things which we did and also gave me a quote of what it would cost to replace the unit to a brand new one and he beat their price by a whole lot. He left my place cooler than before and made a new customer and friend for life.
