We recently had a really great experience with Barnett’s!
To our surprise we found a pretty significant leak in our crawlspace from an overflowing drip pan. I am so happy that I read the other reviews and decided to give them a call! The woman on the phone was very pleasant in collecting my information and assured me they could take care of our problem. They were able to schedule a same day appointment and had our air back on that evening! Chris was our service tech and was really friendly and professional. He quickly identified our problem (clogged condensation line) and resolved our issues. He was even able to install a device that will prevent our system from overflowing in the future. I would definitely recommend them for your cooling needs!

I moved to Berea in 2019 and Barnetts was there for me start to finish when putting a new system in my home. They are always fast, friendly, and experienced. Chris was out for a minor repair today, and again did a phenomenal job! They definitely have a lifelong customer here!

I can’t say enough good things about this company! They were quick to come replace our unit that was 20 years old and had died. The price was the best quote out of 4 companies that we had come out to the house. The family that owns this company are wonderful people- very honest and will make sure the job is done correctly.

I have used Barnett's Heating and Cooling twice now and they have been great both times! This time, I called on a Sunday in a panic because my unit was leaking water all over my laundry room floor. We have used Barnett's for years and years. We recently got a new unit from them that was very reasonably priced. I am VERY PICKY about people entering our home, smoking, dirty shoes and all that. There were no issues. The employees were respectful, laid plastic down everywhere they were going to walk and there was a very minimal mess. I highly recommend you do business with this local, family owned and operated business.
