They are always very fast and very responsive. I have had a couple different AC emergencies over the past few years, and they are always out that day, and they have had the piece needed on hand. They're very friendly and always professional. two thumbs up.

I’d used this business for all my hvac but had to go elsewhere to get the work done. Tried getting my A/C fixed as it stopping blowing cold, you call them and they say ok we will call you back and let you know but they never call back just wasting your time, after 2 days of this I went with a more responsive company Who will get my repeat business going fwd.

I used this company to install my A/C unit and they forgot to put the insulation on around my pipes. I called the company and spoke with the owner. The owner proceeded to call me a liar and said that the techs who have been in that line of work for 10+ years may have forgotten to do it before but he don’t believe they forgot it this time and I’m a liar. After that he became very rude and started yelling at me and told me to hang the dam* phone up because I told him his company has bad customer service!!!! I will never use this company again!!!

Bad customer service and they don’t take care of their people. I listened to a phone call between a customer and the owner… bad customer service and no control over their emotions. Do better guys, you’re supposed to be professionals.

Your customer service can be compared to the smell of this tree… unpleasant and evasive for the wrong reasons.

They are the place I call first if I have any issues or need something done with my air system. I've used them since early 2018. They are quick, explain options and what needs to be done and why. They get the job done well and for a fair price. Great customer service.

The two young men who came to service my mother's A/C unit were prompt, very polite, professional and efficient. I have used this company in the past and had a great experience with them at that time, also. Their office staff is also very responsive and conscientious. Everytime I called the office, I received prompt and courteous treatment. It's hard to find companies like this nowadays! I highly recommend Spiker Heating and Air. They get a 10 out of 10 in my book!!

Our A/C unit stopped working on a Wednesday evening so we called on Thursday morning to have them come out. Said they would be out Friday and showed up Friday morning to fixed it. I would recommend Spiker to everyone as they are true to their word when they will show up, very knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonable priced. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Spiker was ably to come out same day and repair my AC unit when other places were at least a week out. Cody was able to quickly diagnose and repair my unit at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company

Chris came to our aid when our air conditioner wasn’t working well during a heat wave. He checked out everything, adding Freon and cleaning the outside unit. He was on time, polite and professional. He was up front and honest about pricing. This is a great family owned business that deserves your support. Thanks Chris and Striker HVAC for doing a great job.

If your looking for someone to get the job right the first time, and for reasonable pricing, and will be out the same day you call. Then these are the guys for you. I was very pleased their service.
