Quality Air Duct, HVAC & Gutter Cleaning

They were very respectful of our home. We have a dryer vent that has a lot of 90 degree turns. The best option was to take down part of our basement ceiling. We had several conversations with the guys doing the cleaning just to make sure it was ok. Then they came through & vacuumed up the mess when they were finished. I'd rather have to fix a hole than have an extreme fire hazard. We're super glad that they explained things going above what they came out to do

I have a HVAC company, when we install a new unit, we recommend that customers have Quality Cleaning Solutions (QCS) come out to clean the duct work too. We trust them to take care of our clients in the same professional and courteous manner that we do. Our customers always let us know how pleased they are with service they receive from QCS.

Very disappointed in the service at first, but Bret owned up to my concerns on the outside surrounding areas of the furnance that wasn't cleaned thorough. After a long conversation, he listened to what I had to say and told me he would personally come to have it corrected and cleaned better. On another note, the air vents was cleaned well. I appreciate Bret for owning the situation.

Best people to work with. Always do such nice work, leave workspace clean, prompt, and MUST look into their Window Tinting! As the last window got finished, we felt the temperature in the house drop instantly!!
