My ac was leaking condensation and flooded my basement. Called Bruce on a Sunday and he was very helpful. I texted him a video of what was going on and he walked me through how to fix it on my own. Very nice gentleman. 10/10 would recommend

Life safer even on a Sunday afternoon!

It’s easy to worry when your a/c goes out but, when it happens on a mid summer Sunday afternoon and hardware stores don’t carry the parts, it’s easy to freak out. Thank you for all the help.

Not only is he very knowledgeable he is very kind. I would highly recommend him to everyone. I have not had that great of customer experience ever!!!
