I would give them no stars because they are unprofessional and very rude on the phone. Called to remind them that 3 months ago they worked on our pipes and they had to rip out a slab of concrete from our walk way and they still haven’t came to finish it( still in the middle of our yard).. the lady on the phone said she “runs” the company and that her manager already knows about our problem... and that they will get to it when they can.. I highly recommend if you need some plumbing done to not go through Dickray.

The service tech was polite, honest, professional, and knowledgeable. This was my first interaction with this company and I am highly satisfied. Definitely will call them again.

Do not call this place--highway robbery. The technician came out and checked my HVAC (it is on the roof), didn't do any work, other than fixing my thermostat, which I pointed out and was gone in 30 min or less--$181!!! The technician was nice, but this is outrageous! Not to mention the secretary told me they charge about $100 per hour. Needless to say that was completely misleading for no work done. DO NOT CALL

Recently we had the need for a plumber and called Dick Ray Master Plumber Heating and Cooling. Dan and Aaron arrived promptly and after assessing the problems, got right to correcting them. They worked quickly and was prepared with needed equipment and parts. They were not disruptive to the household and when they were finished, things were put back and cleaned up. We highly recommend Dick Ray. While we would request Dan or Aaron for future needs, we would feel confident in other technicians sent by Dick Ray

The quote to fix two toilet flaps that leaked was $500 which was incredibly expensive considering that was equal to cost of replacement for entire toilet.

Did not accept the bid.

If I could give them a negative 6 I would!!!!! We have Choice Home Warranty and they dispatched one of their techs to come and work on our air conditioner. The guy didn't have the correct part so he jimmy rigged 2 parts together instead of going to get the correct part. Well, this didn't work and when we called them (work and parts are guaranteed for 39 days), they refused to come back out!!!! SO, CHW dispatched another company to fix their shoddy "work"!!!! BEWARE...this is NOT how to do business ... extremely disappointed with their service!!!!!!

Dan was very knowledgeable and helpful. Showed up on time, analyzed the problem perfectly, found the needed part in his truck and was done earlier than expected. He'll be my first call from now on.

I was extremely pleased with the quick response (same day) and the amazing service. Three different servicemen came to my house at different times in the same afternoon to address and fix my issue. Fantastic customer service and I will be telling everyone I know! Thanks!

Lavar was courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, and cleaned up after himself. He took his time to explain what the problem was and how to troubleshoot even further to correct the problem.
