During extremely cold weather and on a weekend our furnace quit. Mike was very busy with calls so he talked us through a fix on the phone. Saved him time and us a service call! Definitely will call them again when we need service.

We lost heat in early November, on one of those SUPER cold days we had. I put in a request through my home warranty company at 5:30am, and South County was at my house by 8am. They were able to detect the issue, fix it and knowledgeably explain to us what was going on. They are fairly priced, experienced and overall great people. We have had (knock on wood) no issues with our heat since they were out. We will definitely use them in the future. Thank you guys so much!

Mike has done a few jobs for us and every time has been a pleasure! He is timely, considerate, knowledgeable and just a great guy! We won't go anywhere else!!!

The capacitor on our unit went bad during a run of incredibly hot weather, we called Mike and he arrived, diagnosed the problem, replaced the part, and had it all wrapped up within an hour of calling him.

Mike was able to do same day service for me and replace a capacitor. Very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure my unit was working the way it should, highly recommend!

Came to fix my air at 6 am, because he had a little time before beginning his scheduled job at 8 am.
Had the part I needed plus put it on and was headed to his scheduled job before 7 am.
