We recently had our air conditioner go out, and this team was awesome to work with…. From Hailey in the office, to Justus the owner. The gentlemen that came out were phenomenal. They were very polite, very knowledgeable, they answered all of my questions…. And they were just all around hard workers.
Hailey was fantastic at making sure she communicated our needs to her team. Her customer service skills are the best. She was probably one of the main reasons we went with Chuck’s, and I’m so glad we did!
