I had a back up of my septic. They came the same day, kept me informed on arrival time, were polite and explained the problem. Once it was fixed, I was given tips to help eliminate this from possibly happening again.
I have been looking for an honest ethical compnay and I feel i have found them. I will use them in the future for my plumbing and other service needs .

I had JF Denny help install a water softener and RO system. They were great. Very responsive and great quality work.

I purchased a water softener from this company for the second time because how how great the first unit was that I left with my last house. Once again, these guys were awesome. They are always on time and have a dispatcher who calls approximately twenty minutes before they arrive to give you a heads up. Once my system was installed, my hot water tank started to leak. This was no surprise as it was apparent the previous owners took care of nothing and the date on the tank was 8 years old in a very poor quality water area. Before it was diagnosed, the JF Denney team came out quickly every time I called to test and check my soft water system. Once we determined the water tank was bad, they quoted me the work on a new tank and had it in within two days. They saved me money out of appreciation for my business and took care of me like family (no joke). These guys are real professionals. They are clean, they communicate, they are fast, and they do outstanding work and will impress you with how they won’t cut corners (even if it’s out of their pocket and not yours). I am truly impressed and thankful to these guys. I will keep referring them to friends and family. (Kansas City 2019)

These guys have been awesome. They're fast, friendly, professional and most importantly honest. It's refreshing to get a repairman in that tells you how it is and what needs to be done and what you can wait on instead of trying to get every dime they can out of you. Definitely will be using these guys in the future I was very impressed.

JF Denney’s service is always timely and their installers’ work is top quality. Our water heater failed and they were able to get out the very next day. Jared did a great job of installing our new tankless heater and made the new venting look like it was planned that way from when our house was built. We are very happy.

Had JF Denney come out to do spring check on Air Conditioning. We recd another quote from Anthony Plumbing for several hundred $'s to fix our 12 yr old unit. I had JF Denney do the same check, to see if they both agreed on repairs needed. Same repairs w/less refrigerant from Denney was less than $200. We also have a Kinetico water softner with them. Excellent company to deal with.

I had two recent experiences with JF Denney. The Remodeling Team did a fantastic job replacing rotting siding (water damage over time) along the lower edge of the fireplace surround, the lower portion of a very shaded rear wall, and around a previously leaking water hydrant (spicket). The Team was on time, did very professional repairs. and left the area cleaner than they found it. I was particularly impressed with their attention-to-detail. For example, they primed the back of the siding pieces (seldom done), caulked all seams and nail heads then repainted the entire project area. Great team at a very competitive price.

I had a 2d recent experience this time with the Plumbing Team. I had an outside frost-free faucet fail without any advanced indications causing a huge leak. The Team responded within an hour of my panic call. They quickly located repair parts for the 30 yr. old faucet and rebuilt it so they wouldn't have to cut into a finished basement wall to totally replace the entire old faucet...a more destructive and expensive option. I've used JF Denney for a variety of projects and repairs for over the last 20 years. They've never let me down. I highly recommend them.

I tell you what JF Denney super busy for a reason. We had a call in for a salt and filter delivery. They were running late and called to let me know. Top notch service. Very pleased with endless hot water and water filtration they installed. Use them worth every penny.

We have a Rinnai tankless water heater and they had parts on the truck, responded with a human voice on the phone, did what they said they would, arrived very timely and worked professionally and diligently until the problem was fixed. Absolutely what a service company should do without saying.
