I have been asking for the last year for them to come out and give me an estimate on a water softener and HVAC system they never responded. I made at least two different appointments and they never called or showed up. I even went to their office to get help and once again they told me what they sold all the details about it but when I scheduled an appointment to go over installation and price they never showed. I would find a local company that values being responsive to their customers needs.

I have never received any calls from them about the scheduled appointments I have all the emails that I sent to you, honestly I would like to buy the product with out your involvement but regrettably I cannot.

I was recommended from another plumber to use JF Denney, since he didn't have the equipment to do the job. They were very polite and got the job done quickly. Price was great. Will use them again

Jill came out to our house and did a great job listening to our needs and offering us solutions that were outside the box. We did a lot of research and decided that for our water softener and RO filter project they were the right choice for us. The whole process was simple yet very clear and precise. The system was installed within a few days and it only took half a day for Jared to replace our old system. Jared did an amazing job with the installation. Overall a great experience. We will be reaching out to them for any future projects we have and they do a lot more than just water systems.

We have an old propane heater (from the 40's or 50's) that was not staying lit. Called JF Denney, after seeing a photo of the heater they definitely wanted to see if they could fix it rather than replace. They had a tech out here the next day (Extra bonus, the tech put on plastic booties before even walking in the house which was appreciated). - he had it fixed in about an hour or so. Fast service and the price was very fair as well. Definitely recommend.

Water Softener Installation: Jill did an awesome job of answering all our questions and making sure we were making the right decision for our specific needs. Jared H. was professional and courteous. Installation only took a couple hours. Jared explained everything and made sure we understood the installation and product before he left. So far everything is working as expected. Happy.

After a new floor was put in we needed to have to current sewer pipe cut down in order for the commode to sit flush. Lee was informative and very knowledgeable when handling the current problems of our 1968 home. He also took time to check out other areas of concern for us and prioritize what needs to be taken care of next. The overall cost was very reasonable and we couldn’t be more pleased. We definitely will be using their services again.
