I've been using Bryan and his team for years and their dedication to being there for us in an emergency, caring about the quality of their service and willing to listen to the level of service we need is greatly appreciated. Having 16 HVAC units all over the city, on both HOT and COLD days, I can rest easy Wyatt Heating and Air are there when trouble happens, rain or shine, they have never let me down. I would strongly recommend Wyatt Heating & Cooling to anyone! We had an issue late Saturday night with our AC. Mr. Wyatt received our call and offered to walk us through the problem on the phone so that we might fix it ourselves and avoid cost. After we were unable to fix the unit with Mr. Wyatt on the line, he arrived Sunday morning and spent an hour adjusting the wiring and the capacitor, which solved the problem. Since the procedure was relatively simple, he refused to accept payment for his time. Thanks again to Mr. Wyatt for his time and don't bother calling anyone else if you have AC or furnace needs!

Bryan gives exceptional service and is very responsive. I am a Realtor in Lawrence and have utilized him many times for clients and have always been impressed. Bryan has also done work for me at my personal residence and really exceeded my expectations when repairing my A/C. He saved us over a thousand dollars by making a phone call to the manufacturer of our unit. He found out the part was under warranty and then drove to get it for us. His technical knowledge was above and beyond, and I felt like he cared more about doing the right thing than making a buck. I think we all know that is hard to find anymore! He is competent, trustworthy, and patient. I will never use anyone else.

I can't recommend Wyatt HVAC enough. Our heater broke in the middle of night during sub-zero temps. The OWNER of the company answered my call at 2:00 AM and risked icy road conditions himself to address the problem. He was the most knowledgeable and immensely professional and kind man. He was amazing to work with and I will be recommending this company to friends and family. I'm very impressed at that level of service from a company that has been in town for 20+ years. I'm not sure how to rate this exactly, as I called to have my air conditioner fixed and was told that they are not taking new clients at this time. That Wyatt is only one man and he is only working with people that already use him.

The lady was nice when I talked to her on the phone, but I was told that I could not use their services. So I guess two stars?

Wyatt heating and air has done 3 seperate jobs for me in the past 2 years. Being a rental property owner I need fast service and they do just that, and its right the first time. They will always be the first and only company I will call when I need a complete install or just service. They are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain any questions I may have. Wyatt came by my home over the summer to fix my A/C. Not only did they get the job done quickly, the owner was very friendly and explained how he corrected the issue. I appreciate the extra time he took to explain things to me. It is clear he really cares about his work and I have recommended him to many people since!

ld usually call a big name company if my furnace was not working but after the service I received from Wyatt Heating and Air I will never call any other company again. Bryan was quick to respond and got my furnace going in no time and a lot cheaper than I thought it would be. I can’t say enough great things about Brian! He was extremely courteous and professional. He was patient and took the time to teach me how to troubleshoot over the phone because there was a big storm. Turns out my AC needed basically everything! He fixed it the day of and we only had to suffer a few hours lol. Would recommend to anyone that needed his services!
