He is professional and honest. No pressure selling and after hour service without the after hours price. Wore mask the whole time and helped beyond what he came in for. He even helped me find my reptile that was lost in air ducts when no body in Lawrence would. He spent lots of time with his camera and didn't treat me like it was just a lizard, but a pet. I had him come out for another job to remove an humidifier that was out dateted in on our unit. I would highly recommend him for the job. Will use him again. He also offers a military discount and a maintenance agreement for a reasonable price. Check his business out. I like to help new businesses out, but didn't even know he was new. So a 5 star review for his performance. He will go out of his way to help unlike the big companies that are all about the money and telling you there are a dozen other things that need to be fixed and make you worry if you don't do the repairs. He's a straight shooter.
