Koch Heating & Cooling

Had them come out and replace an A/C unit. They did great work they were very informative about what was wrong with the previous one. I already knew it had long since become junk but knowing how much more of it was junk was nice. They were quiet, didn't make any mess and installed a great Air Condition. The work looks very clean, everything is sealed up nicely. Their efforts where greatly appreciated!

I used other companies and afterwards I felt like I got ripped off way too expensive. Not with this company I feel they don’t try to over charge you just because you are in need of a fast repair. I’m so happy I found this company it will be the only one I use.

My new furnace is very quiet. Hauled away my 30 year old furnace and patched up leaky duct work. Great job!

I called on a Thursday, set an appointment for the next day, technician John arrived and diagnosed furnace within 2 minutes. He went back to Koch's office (3 minutes from my house) to get the part. He returned and had my furnace working in under 10 minutes. Part wasn't cheap, but I'm very happy with Koch's service!

The worker showed up on time, was courteous and went about his job. All in all everything turned out great.

Very quick with sending someone out to look at my AC and Furnace. Knowledgable and informative about how my unit is working and things I could do for improvement. They ordered me a special part for stronger air ventilation in a tricky part of my house and the unit has never worked better. Will use again and will always recommend.

I always go to Koch with any problems I have with my units. They are nice and get the job done quick and very well. They know what they are doing and will work on it until it is fixed! Receptionist is very nice and helpful on the phone as well.

I will never use another company other than Koch. My husband and I have relied on them countless times, and every time they are truthful and transparent to the fact that the issue could be repaired as opposed to replacing the entire system. Every employee we have dealt with, including and especially the owner, are extremely professional and care about you the customer, above all. We will never use another company and refer Koch to all of our friends and family!

I have been using them for over 20 years. Koch's always completes work quickly with very reasonable prices. Very honest company that only provides parts and service which are needed. Would highly recommend.
