I have been waiting for months for them to fix the heater in my office building. I emailed a response to the email provided in the automated email with the estimate. I never heard back. I called a few times and could never get anything scheduled. At this point, I'm going elsewhere. This is ridiculous! It's freezing and they can't take the time to follow up.

I was. The Regency Mobile Home park. Mark Butcher came to see me and gave me the estimate. It is a home that was remodeled into an office and community center. My review stands.

They came out over weekend to view my problem. Found problem quickly. Ordered part I needed and install very early next day. I appreciate Mark's ability to fit me into his very busy schedule.

Our heat pump stopped working Friday evening, after an interruption of power during storms. We noticed it on Saturday morning, called Everyday Heating and Cooling, and we were on the schedule for the next day. The technician arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem within a few minutes, and the unit was back running a few minutes later. We rely on Everyday Heating and Cooling for all our HVAC needs. This is service and quality work we can depend on 24/7.

We contacted Everyday Heating and Cooling when our furnace was acting up. They were very responsive and were dedicated to fixing the problem and working with us and our home warranty company. I would definitely call them again!

The technicians were very professional, affordable, timely, and we feel that they were able to diagnose and fix our air conditioner for a very fair affordable price. We made sure to save their info for further needs and to share with others in need.

Our Outside Ac unit went out and American Home Shield sent this company to us. They filled our refrigerant with 6 pounds which cost over $450. They left a horrible mess and left open outside electrical box open. Month and half later our Ac goes out again and we call everyday heating and cooling and Mark got so mad started yelling at the phone that he wouldn’t come back out to fix our Ac when I complained about the mess before and how our Ac is out again. So we ended up getting another company out to look at it and tells us our Ac unit only holds 4 and a half pounds Max. This company obviously scams people with topping you off on Refrigerant when all we needed was a new Capacitor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVEN IF AHS SENDS THEM OUT TO YOU!

First visit they did what they could, and heater went out same day. Not their fault, but they came back early next day and took care of it.

Mark was very professional and courteous. His son is a sharp young man who also helped troubleshoot the system. They got the job done quickly and my furnace was up and running quickly with the weather being at its worst.

This company was assigned to me by American Home Shield because our furnace was not working. Mark came to my house, with his kid with him, looked at my furnace for about five minutes, and said that is was damaged from the humidifier and needed replaced but would not be covered. Then he said it would be 2800 for him to replace it. I ended up calling AHS to get a second opinion and a new tech from another company came out and fixed it the next day with one replacement part.

AHS provided Everyday to fix my furnace. They were prompt, professional and suggested we call if we have future issues. I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed.
