Baldwin City Fire Department was in need of a timely installation of heating units in the bay where our trucks are parked. During the cold months it is important to keep these trucks from freezing so we can provide emergency services to those who need it. A&H was understanding and knew the importance of such a time frame. Our units were installed in time with no freezing to worry about. All the staff were helpful from office to installers alike. Will definitely use their services again. Highly recommend!

A and H has done a lot of different work for us over the years from minor HVAC maintenance to Water Heater replacement, but every time it has been timely (even getting an email off hours letting us know someone would reach out first thing on the next business day), professionally done, and affordable.

A&H installed our HVAC system and plumbing when we built our house 10 years ago. We contract with them for the semiannual maintenance. All technicians have been very timely, friendly and professional. Very open and honest on any issues found and options for fixing them. Bill does a good job educating on products and making recommendations. Office staff have always been friendly and helpful scheduling appointments and verifying Warranty paper work. Recently had an outside unit go out. Worked with Bill on repair vs. replacement cost and unit recommendations. The price quoted was price paid. Technicians were again timely and professional. I would recommend them.

I emailed them last Wednesday evening (after hours) and they called me the very next morning and came out to repair my ac unit. Unfortunately it was not able to be repaired, but I did have a brand new unit installed only a week later. I would definitely recommend using them.

We've been using A&H's service since we bought our home 5 years ago. We had to purchase a new A/C unit in May and we had great technicians and a great experience. While we were waiting for the new unit to come in they came by and installed a window unit so that we would be more comfortable. A&H is very helpful and responsive and I would recommend them to anyone!

We haven't had good luck finding a HVAC company since moving to Lawrence. Two weeks ago our furnace went out. We called A&H. They came out and determined the motherboard went bad. Said it would likely take 2 to 3 days to get it replaced. They came out the very next day with a replacement.

The technician was nice, courteous, and took the time to answer our questions. A&H is who we will use going forward.

Thanks to all involved at A&H for the prompt response to our A/C issues on one of the hottest days of the year. Service tech arrived in a timely manner to inspect the issues we were having.
