I appreciate the time taken to explain my options. The consultation was no pressure and helpful. I replaced my entire a/c system for less than some other places quoted. The owner later inspected the job to verify my satisfaction.

Technician was efficient & found our AC problem right away!! He knew what he was doing!! We appreciate the quick time to get a technician out to fix AC since the temps were 100+ those days it was broke. Will most definitely use them again!!!

Poor customer service and communication. Over a month to get a heater fixed. Multiple trips due to not having the right parts, broken parts, or not all the parts. Technicians were extremely late multiple times. No one got back with us as we were told they would with our quote.
When trying to come to a resolution the owner was extremely rude, blaming me for something the tech did and never apologized.

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism that was displayed by many people at Mccune for my scheduled annual HVAC checkup. I actually ask them to leave my property!
My family had used Mccune for almost 10 years but never again.

I had called a month in advance to schedule an appointment.
Clearly stated I needed completed HVAC annual checkup (both furnace & AC). I made it a point to clearly communicate my email and cell/text to them and that my schedule was very tight.
I also made a point to have them call me if any schedules change.

I was to have their first appointment slot at 8:30am
They arrived an hour late without calling.
The service person tossed their cigarette butt on my front porch.
He wasn't certified to do a complete HVAC checkup but only the AC checkup. They had sent their AC person on another job and no-one was available that day at all.
Not only did he offer no apologies for their mix-ups but he was fairly rude in his behavior.
I called their office while he was still on site and was given no apologies and the same bad behavior.
I ask the service man to leave.
I fully expected to hear from the owner with an apology but none came.

Since I have found another HVAC service company that does excellent work, is courteous and on time.

One of the reasons I picked McCune Heating & Air was because they were partnered with Costco. I knew Costco was particular about their paired vendors. I did get bids from 4 other companies because I do my research. McCune actually had one of the best bids. I was thrilled with the professional service I received. Every step of the process was handled perfectly from the estimate to the install and the inspection. I highly recommend McCune Heating & Air!
