One week into owning our home in DSM, we've had CI Mechanical out twice already for two different issues. They've been quick to respond, thorough in their work, professional, and happy to answer all our questions. We're very likely to return to them for future help.

DO NOT USE Central Iowa Mechanical for any needs. I have a home warranty and would have OBVIOUSLY went through that but because I was told it would be no charge since it was so close to their last service date ( it was 40 days and they gaurantee 30) I went with them.
3+ months later I get a bill that states if not paid it will go to collections and this is the first time I heard about it.
