We were having heat pump problems and Farrell's came on a Friday afternonn to check it out. He needed a part and instead of making us wait until Monday he ran and got the part and finished the job after 5 pm on a Friday evening! He came by on Saturday to check on it. Fantastic service!!!

We have used Farrell's Heating and Air since buying our new house. The staff has been great to work with and fair. We wanted to get our ducts cleaned out and the serviceman inspected ours and told us the we didn't need that service done yet and didn't charge us. We will always be a loyal customer and refer them often.

Needed our a/c unit fixed this morning. It took 3 minutes for the tech to call me back and maybe 20 minutes and had it up n running again. Highly recommend Farrells for your heating n a/c needs. Sean was so courteous and prompt, thanks Boys in Blue for service exceeding our expectations by a bizzilan times.

Farrell's has always done a wonderful job for us and charged us fairly. In this ridiculous heat, I know they are swamped, I called first this this morning, I was polite and reasonable on the phone, as we're they, and now my AC is up and running, AMAZING!

Man called Shannon at 6 pm and by 8pm he replaced the capacitor but the motor was bad also. He went to the shop and got the motor I needed. Outstanding. Air conditioner was working within two hours from the time I called. Unbelievable. Thanks Shannon

My AC stopped working after hours. I received a call back just five mins after leaving a message for the on call tech. So happy he was able to make it out to my place and fix the problem within the hour.

Don't believe the extended warranty business...after a year our warranty had been rejected and now we have a bill. I had tried on 2 different occasions to change the warranty information and couldn't because we didn't have original paperwork...Farrell's was not even helpful, Lori just said "sorry, there's nothing we can do". Thanks for nothing....

Always very good to me!
So when a friends furnace was not working (and their house was @40 degrees) this week I recommended them. It wad 14° bellow 0..and they were swamped but they showed up and took care of it. Thanks
