Shannon came out to help when our furnace stopped working at 12 am. Got out to us immediately, educated us on what we can do, and didn't cost an arm and a leg! Excellent service and we will definitely use them for all of our service needs!

Amazing experience. My A/C went out on a Saturday reached out to them on Sunday. Technician came out on the same day to let me know it was shot. Had the estimate and replacement done in 48 hours. My furnace went out on a very cold weekend day. I called Farrell's and they were quick to respond and arrive. Casey was a super nice young man who got the furnace repaired and performed a quick maintenance check too. I highly recommend Farrell's!

Beware this company has no issues ripping you off. We had a down flow switch go out in a furnace at one of our properties. Farrells came out and temporarily fixed it for $311.00. They were going to come out the following day and install the part to permanently fix it for another $340.00. Total $651.00!!! They were also trying to talk us in to a new furnace.
We had a different company come out the next day and they fixed it for $100.00 for parts and labor.
Will never ever do business with Farrell’s again. Very greedy!!

I can’t say enough about Farrell’s. I called on a weekend morning and had a call back in less than 5 minutes. Shannon was over in a half hour, determined out AC was froze up and assured me he would do everything he could to be back later when it thawed. He squeezed me back into his already busy on call schedule and resolved the issue. AC back up and running on a 90+ degree day. Best service hands down.

Wow, absolutely top notch! Wake up freezing before work, call Farrell's right around 7:35am. They dispatch a technician right away, diagnosed the problem, fixed within and hour!!! No B.S. honest work! They could have said entire unit was junk but just replaced small part was all that was needed. Absolutely Amazing!!! If anyone needs any HVAC work I highly recommend Ferrell's Heating and Cooling. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Make sure to get a quote before using them. Their guy basically made over $243 an hour for 3 hours of work. He cleaned the furnace. No new parts. Should have made the extra investment and got a newer furnace. Had I known what it would cost, I would have went with someone else. After figuring out the price, the owner never called back to discuss why it was so much.

Update: 12/20/2017 Just received a letter from the owner about 19 days after I called to inquire about my bill and to speak with him. He also sent the service order details with it...again...19 days after.

In his letter he justified his outrageous price by saying they cleaned the AC Coil too and they had to use chemicals. He said my statement above was "OUTRAGEOUS" and that I should "review my bill" (that they just sent) before I make outrageous statements.

I request that he reads my original statement again. No matter what you cleaned and with what chemical, you still made $243 an hour for 3 hours work with no new parts. On top of that, you charged me without giving me a quote. Not outrageous, fact.

Let people know upfront that you do not charge hourly in addition to parts and supplies. Let them know up front that you charge by the job type that you are doing plus parts and supplies. I wanted your customers to know that even if the job you did for me above took 1 hour, I will still be charged $243 an hour because you charged by job type. I requested that you customers get a quote first to understand this before using you. I never told people to not use you. Not once did I complain about your work.

It would have been better if it took you all day to clean. Then it would not seem so bad. It also would not seem so bad if the owner would have called me back to speak in person like the secretary said he would. Instead, I had to express my concerns here for all to see. I then had to wait 19 days to get a response in a letter and my service order details. If a customer wants to speak with you about something, call them back. We would have taken care of this matter in a few minutes.

I was very happy with the service. My furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year -25 or some crazy low. But these guys jumped into action, got me space heaters till they could get the new furnace in. Before any work was done they gave me a quote on the spot. 2 friendly gents installed it no problems. Honestly, great service and will recommend to anyone looking for heating service.
