Dave Stepp Heating & Air Conditioning

We have multi-family apartment units. Dave fixed the AC unit quickly. But needs a lesson in people skills, was rude when I checked on the progress in person. We have plenty of other HVAC contractors to do our work we thought we'd give him a chance. The 1st and LAST. He was VERY EXPENSIVE, compared to others we use. Then he harassed us about paying the bill in less then 30 days! We wrote him a check, and he will never receive our business again. I will be very quick to tell any of our contacts in the apartment business to NEVER use Dave Stepp Heating & Air.

This Thanksgiving, we'll be thanking Dave Stepp for the prompt, quick, effective, reasonably priced repair he did for us. Our quirky old gas furnace is no picnic, but did the job and charged us a completely fair price for parts and labor. Thank you!

I cannot say enough good good things about Dave. There in a pinch. Fair and honest. Does everything and then some. Seriously, if you really want it fixed now, and for a reasonable price, and fixed right the first time, there really isn't another choice. He also handles installations.
