Scheduling was incredibly easy and timely, and everyone I spoke with was professional and easy to work with. Canon came out to install a new kitchen faucet, and he was on time, professional, and did a great job. The cost was also very reasonable. I will definitely be using them for future projects.

Life savers! Thank you Scott, Tammy, Darline, Justin and Service tech who I unfortunately forgot his name! Took a chance and called A2Z on a Saturday morning after receiving a call from my tenant saying that the furnace was out and he could see his breath inside. IT WAS 4 DEGREES OUT! A2Z had their on call guy Justin on site in 30 minutes! The problem was diagnosed quickly and I was given no hassle options to repair or replace the unit. After conferring with the tenant we decided it was best to replace though it would be a couple of days. The very next day (Sunday) MY water heater gave out! Seriously, who has this luck!?!? A2Z to the rescue again! Scott was able to look up my serial number and informed me that it was still under warranty and since A2Z is a certified AO Smith retailer, he could get me a brand new slightly upgraded water heater with a new warranty for only $50 bucks plus parts and labor! Awesome! Both days of installation went great, the installers were on time, courteous, clean and contacted me directly to let me know when they were finished. I will definitely be using A2Z for all of my properties and personal heating and plumbing in the future and you should too! You just can't beat this locally family owned and operated business!

I had water leaking from a faucet or hose or some other kitchen issue. Gavin quickly identified & replace a hose in the faucet. He was in & out in less than 1/2 hour. Easy, pleasant to work with. Thanks!

Awesome experience! Justin was on time and knowledgeable about what need to be done to fix the AC. Had the parts needed and finished the job in a timely manner. Price was reasonable. Would highly recommend A2Z and Justin to others needing AC work.

Great experience, showed up when they said they would. Scott is very knowledgeable about our type of heating system (hot water), got the needed repairs approved quickly through American Home Shield and were able to be back quickly and get the system fixed. The work was done quickly, they were careful and cleaned up after themselves leaving the work area neat. I had a question a couple days after the service and Scott called me back quickly and answered my question completely and also gave me some good advice to improve the efficiency of the system. In short, Scott made the repair process almost pleasant (having to get your boiler fixed is never pleasant). I plan to use them from now on for all my plumbing needs.

Horrible company to work with. The technician that came to service our furnace and condensers dumped his vacuum down our bathroom drain and clogged it up. They said it's not their problem and it's a sewer issue well we are not on sewer and it only started after he was here. I will add our septic was cleaned and scoped prior to moving in on Sep 15th 2020. The debris that is coming up from line is condenser debris he vacuumed up. They will not admit to it and now are on our own to fix the issue they have cause. I will never use this company again poor customer service and can't man up to what they did wrong.

Nate from A2Z installed a downdraft, gas range venting system for us. Three other HVAC local businesses wouldn't touch it. He did a spectacular job delivering a finished product that surpassed our expectations. We WILL use A2Z again!!

Travis came after hours the day before and identified the issue and quickly located a part that they could get early the next morning. Nathan was able to fix it quickly this morning and stopped here first as he knew it was going to be extremely hot today and a quick fix. Great job all around!

Water heater started leaking three days after we bought our house. Steve came out and quickly installed a new one. Great service. He helped go over simple maintenance and made sure we were satisfied. That evening we had some pipes dripping that worried us but that turned out to be an unrelated issue with the city not installing the water meter correctly. Steve came out the next morning and tightened everything up. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.
