I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are timely, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I don't know what more you could possibly want. I have been using them for several years and I could not be happier.

The technician was good, and the service was mostly timely. It did seem that some things, like having a ball valve for water lines when they are replacing a water heater, would be in their truck so they didn’t have to drive all the way back to NL when my water is completely shut off. Definitely get your full quote before hand (which was my fault and I did not do). When they had finished the install and were writing the invoice, the heater they installed was not in their invoice selection. After calling the shop, and getting the price, it was $200 more than picking the same model up from Lowe’s with my mil discount. I would expect a small up-charge to cover the expenses, but was a little sticker shocked when it came back that high. I called them after the technician had left just to verify that it was really that much more, and to have the full invoice sent, and they assured me that the price was correct. If you can purchase the materials and have them installed by a2z, then I would recommend them (as long as you let them know what they are working on so that time isn’t wasted driving back to North Liberty from your house). If you have to purchase the actual piece of equipment from them, I would probably shop around first.

We were so impressed with Scott. He was thorough, patient, and kind. He treated us like the new home owners we are and explained everything to us at our level. I feel supremely confident in his work and would recommend him to others in the future.

A2z is the only mechanical contractor in the area that is willing & able to install & service commercial water heaters, especially in unique situations that may require special attention, creativity & outside the box thinking.
They're not a huge company so if you need their services you better schedule in advance

We just completed an entire bathroom renovation. Our bathroom remodel is FINALLY DONE ! It looks fantastic and I couldn't say enough on how patient Nathan & A2Z Plumbing was with our unplanned delays. Top quality work, friendly, and always suggesting alternatives when issues arose. They will be my "Preferred Plumbing Service" from here on out.

A water heater situation went from not great to definitely worse and A2Z was able to replace it within 24 hours of first contact. Great service and had an estimate almost right away. Would recommend and will use them again.

Update 12/30/20 - Ran into a few issues on an install, mostly due to things that were outside of anybody's control, including some changes Rheem made in how they wire things. It took a couple trips out, but they made things right. Justin is awesome!

Great service and friendly staff. Scott came in to do an estimate, was able to reuse what was still in good condition, instead of just gutting everything end replacing it all to get extra money out of us. The work was done on time and with no problems. Will not hesitate to call them for our next repair or replacement job.

Great experience, fast, friendly service. Our water heater failed overnight and flooded our basement with 3" of water. Called A2Z the next morning and Tammy, who was very nice and knowledgeable, helped to get the water heater replaced early that same afternoon. Fair pricing and Scott the technician was great. Only took about an hour and a half for removal of old heater and installation of the new one. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs their water heater repaired or replaced.

We worked with Scott and Tammy from A2Z Heating back in October of this year to inspect a home we were looking to purchase. They were both incredibly responsive, helpful, and honest in answering questions. Scott was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the ins and outs of the HVAC system to us, along with the various options for fixing it. I never felt like he was hard selling us. We really enjoyed working with A2Z and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone (and would not hesitate to hire them for future HVAC needs).

This is the second time that we had A2Z come and help us with our plumbing problem. Both times they did a great job and did every thing efficiently.
Tony was very professional and knowlegable about what needed to be done. He even recommended which water softener was cheaper even though it was not through their company. We definitely appreciate their hard work and would recommend them to others.
