I HIGHLY recommend A2Z for any of your plumbing needs! The whole experience was effiicent and professional. Scheudling an appointment was easy, the text message/email appontment reminders were helpful and the ability to track the technician made the day of the appointment efficient. We needed a bathroom sink faucet installed and Gavin delivered a top quality end result! We will be using A2Z for all of our heatig and plumbing needs in the future.

I just recently moved to the area. As never before customer, they came out quickly on a Saturday evening to fix my AC. They listened to my concerns and came out quickly to repair the issue. The repair was also done quickly and efficiently.

"The price wasn't what I could call 'budget' however the service, time-keeping and the nature of the techs and the office was above and beyond. I would certainly call again even given the fair but 'market' rates, due to the truly excellent service from start to finish. Also, I have hot water, and if that isn't a great outcome I don't know what is! Outstanding!".

Fast and friendly service. Canon was our service tech and he was very friendly, mindful of our house, and very knowledgeable. He fixed my water filter issue in no time at all and even showed me how to prevent the issue in the future. The plumbing service was very good. My only complaint would be the office/receptionist is very rude on the telephone. There was an oversight on my part for a bill. We had used their services in the past without problem. I profusely apologized & took responsibility but she just kept being rude about it. To the point that I won't give them my business in the future.

Technicians did a great job. They worked efficiently, knew the product well, answered my questions, kept me informed of the progress. Final cost was exactly what the estimate projected.

Our water heater failed late at night. I called before typical business hours (7 am) the next morning and was pleased to receive such courteous help and information, and very relieved that we would be able to get the water heater replaced that very day. Canon, a friendly and knowledgeable technician, arrived later in the day and installed the water heater more quickly than expected, and the quoted price was reduced accordingly. We are very pleased with the service we received from A2Z and will certainly call them again. Most highly recommended.

Called to have an fitting changed out. A technician came out and was in my place no more than 5 minutes.
He told me it was going to cost $600 minimum, 4 hour job, and two guys. I work in the trade. Don’t do the plumbing side of things but I know my way around it. I didn’t want to deal with this issue myself as I’m busy. I knew this guy was trying to screw me. We scheduled the appointment for the fix for the time being while I got a second opinion.
Got a second opinion, $100, 30 minutes, and one guy. Much more likely as it was literally one fitting, granted it was in a bad spot. I called and canceled the appointment, only to find out they’re charging me $104 for the tech coming out for 5 minutes. On top of that, they didn’t cancel their appointment they made with the city to come out and shut off my water. The city showed up and we had to tell them the appointment had been canceled. Very unprofessional.

Get a second opinion if you plan on getting an estimate with these guys. Beware of the charge for them just pulling up to your house.
